Fantastic experience at his store, VRAJ and sahil was amazing they helped us many time Customer service was absolutely fantastic, knew tons about the different options and was super patient as we went through them all. I really really appreciate genuine help, if you ever want to go there ask about VRAJ he’s amazing highly recommend

Some staff here are super helpful and others greatly lack customer service skills. I simply wanted to switch out a defective product and 3 out of the 4 employees were very helpful and the other one completely ruined the experience.

Really bad customer service, came in looking for an iPad pencil and asked a group of workers where I could find it - they directed me to customer service. Went to customer service and asked a worker where I could find the pencil, she told me she didn't know and couldn't help and so I should wait in line to ask the other woman who was working at customer service. I waited in line, and had someone behind me get assistance first before me which made me just leave after that. Workers don't even know where the things in the store are, and had the person behind me in line get assistance first for no reason at all, all just for my simple question of where something in the store can be found :)

Employees don't even know they're own store policy. Taking a $1300 hit today due to the incompetency at this location. You guys have such a poor level of attention to detail. At the cost of money and time to your customers. Thanks for nothing i will now fi ally order online directly from manufacturer.
Congrats best buy! I was a brick and mortar warrior and now I don't care to support jobs people can't complete why the point in even having them or a store.

I'd like to express my sincere gratitude for the great professional service that I've received from the Geek Squad department at the Best Buy, Westhills Towne Centre. In particular, I was lucky to meet there two very competent and friendly people, Happy and Spencer, who have correctly diagnosed the issues with my disabled laptop and have managed to bring it back to life promptly and effectively. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and, in general, to all potential customers.

I would like to give a huge shoutout to Rahi, Mani, and Jayan. They were so supportive and helpful as I was switching phone plans and transferring my data over to a new service provider. I cannot say enough good things about how helpful and supportive they were. Thank you to the 3 of you - will definitely be coming back to this Best Buy just because of the amazing service I received from these 3 individuals.

Walked around the TV section for 15 minutes looking for/waiting for help. Eventually walked up to two employees at the entrance who were speaking. Neither stopped to even acknowledge me. Another employee walked over, looked right at me and exchanged conversation with the other two employees; again not even acknowledging me waiting for assistance. Store was not busy, saw no other customers being helped. Had full intention of buying a TV today and had to walk out the customer service was so brutal.

This is a good location that is convenient and ample parking. However, the customer service is pushy and unhelpful. I came in to exchange and upgrade my purchase. I asked a worker for help and he was prompt and eager. But as soon as I told him that I was making an exchange, he grabbed the product I was asking to upgrade to and walked directly to the cash without answering any of my questions. I was willing and hoping to upgrade to a better (and more expensive) product but I had many questions and didn't get a single question answered. This interaction left me feeling like I had even more questions and will definitely think twice about purchasing from here if they can't even take the time to make sure my purchase is what I actually want and need. I came in around 2:30 on Thursday so it wasn't even busy enough to justify wasting his time. Speaks volumes about their priorities. Hope he got that precious commission that he was so worried about.

The staff in this store are incredibly annoying. I was in there for about 10 minutes and had about 8 staff members asking what I was looking for. I left the store because of it. Seems like they pay their employees so little that they're absolutely desperate for commission

Exceptional Customer Service by Abhi at Best Buy
During a recent visit to Best Buy, we had the pleasure of being assisted by Abhi, who provided exceptional service beyond belief. We were searching for a specific item that unfortunately was not in stock at the store. Having already driven across the city, we were quite frustrated.
Abhi, however, immediately stepped in and turned our experience around. His professionalism, dedication, and problem-solving skills were truly outstanding. He went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met, finding a solution that exceeded our expectations. Geek squad broke the mother board on my laptop. I reviewed the video footage pointed out several times where the damage happened. The manager continues to repeat “there is no proof in the video” when I was explicitly pointing out where it happened. Prior to taking my laptop to bestbuy I had never opened my laptop after visiting bestbuy the lcd connector was incorrectly detached and damaged, as was the speaker. My computer was also short circuited throughout the powerchips after they tried to attach my laptop to power once it was already damaged by them.I went to a very reputable shop in Calgary after Best Buy returned my laptop to me to see if I could get my data recovered since the initial issue is that my laptop wouldn’t charge anymore. Upon arriving at the shop the technician at the other shop opened my laptop in front of me and his first question was “who open this before you came here, they broke your motherboard.” The answer to that question is bestbuy westhills. I am posting this so other don’t experience the extreme distress and inconvenience put me through. Avoid geek squad service at all costs. This was Best Buy westhills but posting on other Calgary locations as well to help other Calgarians! If you need a good Apple repair shop check out Apple expert on 14th street. You will notice they have primarily 5 star reviews and get the job done right. I am absolutely shocked the way I was treated by Best Buy.

I'm writing this for my friend Peter who had an amazing experience at westhills Best Buy with Aman. He purchased a ninja blender, and a Bella airfryer. Wanted to give a superb 2 thumbs up to Aman for the excellent service experience He had!! ?
