Mangal (the cell phone goat) got me the iPhone 16. He got me off my parents plan in record time and I’m paying less with the 16 then my plan cost me previously. He’s the man, the myth, THE LEGEND!
If bro can’t get the iPhone 16, he fake. Me and bro walked into the bell store in market mall, he had one more iPhone 16 128gb black iOS 18.1 on his plate. So me and bro both got 30 watt fast charger with USB-C lightning adapter.

Worst experience, poor customer service. We went to see options to upgrade our plan and unfortunately, we met a sales person named “Mangal”- was very rude, and unprofessional. When we asked for the price and all, he started saying if you are not buying then there is no point to know the pricing. How could a person assume we are going to buy or not. We went there with 100% intentions to buy a 15 pro max and came out with the worst experience.

Went to switch service providers for my phone. Recieved excellent efficient and polite assistance from Mangal Bhatia. He knew exactly what he was talking about and walked us through exactly what we should do. Tried his best to get us the best deal. Great experience, beyond expectations. Would come back.

Went to get a phone for my dad. I was assisted by Sannia. She was polite yet professional. She understood what I wanted to purchase and catered accordingly. Not only she helped me to get the s24 i wanted, but also helped lower my monthly plan. She also helped me pick accessories that would help my dad on day to day basis. Overall great experience. Will be coming back again to purchase more phones from her.

We came into purchase new phones and got out of our Rogers contract (thank god they are awful!). We were looked after by Sannia ! She took her time to answer every question we had. She enrolled us in our new contract with Bell. The transaction was smooth and with no issues. Sannia Is very polite professional in every aspect. It’s been 5 months since we got our phones and to this date, any issues we have looks after them immediately and with out hesitation. She is management material. A must if you are even thinking about getting a new phone , hardware upgrade etc you have to see Sannia. You will get so well looked after !

Awful experience, I was told by Sunridge mall Bell that Bell in Market Mall had reserved for us phones for our plans. As i approached the sales person “Sannia” She was lazy and so obvious that she does not want to assist me. She had the most attitude, loud voice and 0 effort in even trying to confirm or call her colleague who promised us that phones were kept on the side for me. I would not recommend not to deal with Sannia at all. Negative vibes in that store.
