John was great to deal with when upgrading my home theater equipment. He was able to show areas where I could spend less than my budget would allow, but still get an amazing result. I strongly recommend Base Electronics whether you are setting up a home theater or just looking for a living room tv or audio. Will definitely be back for future projects.

I just called regarding a car amplifier and the gentleman told me that they only sell/service home audio. I thanked him and almost hung up when he said hold on. He then proceeded to pull up the service manual and help guide me through various steps I could start with. Turns out my amplifier was dead. The guy who was working on may 13th is a true gem and knows what customer service is all about.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We have used Base Electronics on 2 separate occasions in the past year. They are extremely knowledgeable, thorough, helpful, and do not try to sell you products you do not need. Their customer service and attention to detail when doing the set up and installations are top notch!! The whole team is focused on customer service and customer satisfaction!

Wow. John Earle was soooo helpful!! He is incredibly knowledgeable and was so patient, explaining things in a way that is understandable, and going the extra mile to get our old surround sound working. He also fixed the wifi dead-spots in our house and helped set it all up for us. I can't say how seamless he made the whole process, and provided excellent advice and equipment for very reasonable prices. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I will be referring family and friends to him. Base is the real deal. They are very good at giving recommendations with regards to installation, as well as which product will suit your home better. We have now had Base do our home theatre in the basement, as well as everything upstairs. Very happy with their work!
