A shaft in one of our Emtek privacy lock door handles broke (kids!). Went there and they gave me a replacement part for free! Ladies were friendly and helpful. It was an easy fix. Thank you!

I needed 1-3/4 machine screws to attach handles. They have break off ones that were perfect and free. Very friendly and helpful. Home Depot and Lowe’s don’t sell that length in a 6-32 or a break off 6-32

I haven't been to a store in a long time where the staff are so informative and helpful. They helped get my door handle fixed without having to purchase a new one. They also had those rubber ends for door stops that are always falling off and getting wrecked which I have never found anywhere else. Their selection of hardware is amazing with different price levels. I highly recommend this business!

These guys know hardware , they also have a great showroom with a excellent selection options. The staff are friendly and know their products. A must go to place for hardware in Alberta!!

I can not recommend the team and showroom at Banbury Lane enough! As an interior designer I have probably called on them over 100 times for their expertise in all things hardware and their beautifully curated selection of products.

Always enjoy going to Banbury. Their staff are always exceptionally helpful. Both with myself and my clients. They are also very knowledgable about common problems. Great company!
