Had a great visit today at badlands they have friendly staff and are very knowledgeable on the products they sell. Would definitely recommend if you're just starting airsoft

I am a long time customer of Badlands and spent over $3-4,000 over the past years on paintball and Airsoft products. Most recently I bought a small sized carbon fiber air tank $250. Used it once on a big game at Rampage. Used it two weeks after that and the tank pressure seal blew and no longer capable of holding air. Purchased less than 2 months ago.
Went into the store September 27 asked if they could fix it. The younger lad went into the back and made attempts to fix it. As I was pressed for time I asked if I could leave the tank with them and they can call me when it’s fixed.
That’s when I was told that it looked like I damaged the main regulator and it would need to be replaced. This was not a cost that they were willing to pay for so they told me I would have to have a receipt to prove purchase. Yes I understand that is how commerce works but the owner and young lad were not willing to look it up on their sales software. I was also told that maybe MR paintball might be able to fix it.
I took the air tank and left the store.
Not willing to take the tank and look further into its issues or say that they would replace it and get a manufacturer warranty coverage would have been the better option. This was also a 50km drive one way to come to their shop.
I won’t be spending any more of my money here and don’t recommend Badlands for customer service and support on the things they sell from their shop.

Lockland was super nice and helped out alot when picking up a gun, came in again cause the gun was acting up but he gave me all the info i needed to maintain and fix it! Thanks man !

I brought a CZ-Shadow and the externals looked great but the quality of this gun was trash the mag was the only studry part when out if the mag but when it's in, it is shaky and wobbly as hell and the entire gun feels poor plastic

Worst product I've ever purchased. The store employee big balding white guy did me dirty. I brought a gun and asked questions and he fed into my belief that it was top of the line and when I got home to try it out. It was felt like cardboard and when I tried to go back he refused me to try and get something fixed. Nope told me to leave

Was there a few days ago to purchase a gift. Incredible knowledge level and several very helpful, very insightful questions. It was a great shopping experience. Would easily recommend them to anyone.

My son's birthday is coming up in a few weeks and he informed me of his wishes of a Airsoft outfit so he could play with his friends. Do you my limited knowledge I reached out to Loclilan at Badlands Calgary. I live in Northern Alberta, so need to online shop, Loclinan helped me over the phone with my total wishlist. Highly recommend talking with Loclinan for all you're needs, you will get what you need the first time knowing you have it covered with no disappointment . Thanks for you're help Loclilan

Definitely not a paintball store.From the front they advertise all the top NXL players and gear, you go inside and it's an airsoft store. A few paintball masks and 2 jerseys hanging up. Very disappointing experience

I love this place! I have ordered several items over the years now with Badlands and I have never been disappointed. Everything I have ever ordered was shipped promptly and always came as advertised. I love their web site it's very easy to use. Ordering is so easy to do and I love the selection. Keep up the great work Badlands!
