February 15, 2023 around 4pm.My mom and I went into Armani Exchange at Chinook Centre Calgary to speak the manager about the advertised management position. When we approached the Manager named Melinda disrespected by insulting my mom in front of her staff members and customers with an abrupt response saying “If you did your research that Giorgio Armani is connected to this Armani Exchange in Chinook there are three branches then you would be able to be in my position” with a loud rude arrogant tone of voice. It felt personal and unprofessional. As a legal professional I have a good understanding that anyone working in a management role with customer base services should be treating the public or customers with the outmost respect. They escorted us out the store for absolutely no reason for standing up and just saying how customers should be treated.She asked her co-worker (sales associate) to bully and threaten to escort us out the store. Iam disgusted by the inhumane and racist treatment we experienced at Armani Exchange Chinook Centre Calgary by the manager named Melinda and the sales assistant co-worker that worked the same shift with her that day.

Seems like my colour made the sales person think that I will return the underwear I bought. She was telling me about no exchange policy way before I was finalizing the ones I needed .I was cheeky too and told her I will return them after wearing them for few days and it starts to smell .Treat your customers right .

Store is well organized and staff is very helpful ! I would like to thank Manjeet who helped us choose a jacket for my brother , she went above and beyond for us ! store was supposed to close at 6 PM and we entered at 5:50, no body rushed ! Wonderful customer service 10/10

The store has nice collection but the sales girl who has a short height is very unfriendly and unprofessional, she is quite rude aswell. Neither she was greeting customers before interacting , nor having smile on the face . Just like a stale dish. Very bad experience I had with her. I would like to request to HR head to look into this matter. Whereas, the other staff was polite and nice.

The store here is very neat and tidy I will give it that. But the employees aren't the greatest. Me and my buddy were looking at clothes kept getting rushed by 3 different people, and while I was waiting for my friend while he tried on clothes they just kept staring at me for no reason at all? Very odd.

I love this branch. Awesome Customer service with Kazi bought 5 pairs of Shirt while on sale and he was so helpful with my purchase. Also got a free Armani JBL speaker because of there promo.

I went last week and the staff was extremely helpful, they helped me a lot even when I asked for several sizes in clothes, they are very patient. Besides, the store was tidy.

Horrible customer service. They have lost me as a customer forever. Could not make a return or refund because they did not have adequate inventory. Bought a shirt during Covid that I could not try on in the fitting rooms.Shop somewhere else and avoid yourself the headache.
