If you love your car, please never bring it to them. It’s one of the worst place to get your fixed. If you give them your car please assume it’s gonna come back even in worst condition then it was when you gave it to them. I really wish if I could rate them in negative. Once again IF YOU LOVE YOUR CAR PLEASE DO NOT BRING IT TO THEM. I have all the proofs of your worthless services on my car.
THIS GUY IS GOING TO ACT LIKE HE DOES NOT KNOW ME JUST SO SAVE HIS BUSINESS.
But if you genuinely love your car please do not come to him.

I had two claims from two separate minor collisions. I approached Autobody Collision BROKERS for the first time, which turned out to be a wise decision. Sean and his staff handled practically everything for me, from getting cheaper estimates, dealing with my insurance company, and getting a rental car… Sean was always responsive, and kept me informed all the time. The whole experience was a very smooth one. I highly recommend their services!

These guys are the best, I thought I was out of luck but Sean managed to get me through the headache of dealing with insurance, I would 100% recommend them to anyone and everyone. The body shop did amazing work on the repair aswell.

I have used Autobody Collision brokers twice now and I have been impressed by their service both times. Not only do they work hard to get you the best estimates, they also make the process easy. They pickup the vehicle needing repair and drop it off once it is completed, at your home. The work is spotless and professional. I would recommend their service.

I am disappointed with the service I received for my bumper repair. The process took longer than promised, the communication was lacking, and the color match was not accurate. The lack of professionalism and the discrepancy in the final result have left me dissatisfied with the overall experience. Unprofessional people and lazy people are working and just only need they are Harry for payment, i will share all the story on my social media accounts

I had a disappointing experience with this broker. The repair shop installed my rear sensors backward. Despite clear evidence of the error, the shop initially denied responsibility until I took my car to a dealership for inspection. Sean from the broker assured me he would address the situation and secure a refund for the inspection fee.However, it's been several months, and despite multiple follow-up emails, Sean has not responded. My calls go straight to voicemail, adding to the frustration. I recommend avoiding this business to spare yourself the headaches I've endured.

My car got scraped on the back end by someone else. Thankfully that someone had some decency and left their name and number ❤️ autobody collision brokers was amazing. They literally did all the dirty work for me. They contacted the person that hit my car, dealt with their payment and everything. They found multiple shops with different quotes, they met me at the shop to go over everything with me and they even dropped off my car to my home. They even dealt with setting up and getting my rental car paid for. Highly recommend this company if you have to deal with anything car collision related. They made a stressful process incredibly smooth and easy for me. Thanks guys !!!

This is a great service. They give you multiple quotes from different shops and find you the lowest price possible. They deal with the body shop so you don't have to. They'll even pick your vehicle up from you and drop it back off when it's done. While it's at the shop, they'll keep you updated and send you pictures of the work. Really had a great experience using this service, great quote, convenient: my car (Chevy Cruze)bumper was broken and I was unable to drive it, these guys came directly and helped me get the car to the shop. 6 days and I had my bumper repaired and painted. Will 100% use this service whenever I need it.

Randomly came across this company, but I couldn’t be more grateful. You are treated with respect and your time is valued, consistent updates with the status of your vehicle including pictures. Overall complete transparency from the start to the end. Highly recommend giving these guys an opportunity. They were able to get my car serviced faster then I could have imagined and it was the smoothest experience. Offering to pick up my car, then drop it off where I needed it to Be! Thanks again!!

AVOID at all costs!!! I found autobody collision brokers on google, and decided to go with them based on google reviews. I sent them photos and received an estimate of $800. After I had them pick up my car and bring it to the shop, the estimate for the repair DOUBLED. Based on that price, I would've rather found my own autobody shop with reviews I would be happy with, but as they already had my vehicle and the guy was very convincing over the phone, I decided to go ahead and get the work done. I'd like to mention that throughout this whole process, there is no transparency on the amount actually paid to the shop versus to autobody collision brokers. When my car was dropped off, I was given the option to pay with credit card or etransfer, to which I opted for credit card thinking at least I could get some points on my credit card back. I was given paperwork to sign on, which is where I made a mistake of not reading that the surcharge for the transaction was 4.2%, or $70. The guy that dropped my car off made no mention of this, and I would have absolutely gone with etransfer had I known. After catching this and calling the manager back, he informed me that there was no way to rectify this as the charge had already gone through, and the only thing I could do is to post a google review for a $45 cash back which they normally provide as an oil change voucher. This is quite obviously the reason for their high rating for google reviews. At the cost of not getting any money back, I decided to post an honest review of my experience with this company because if I had read even one, I believe I would've saved myself a lot of stress and hassle. Yes, they drop off your vehicle, but you are the one paying for the uber ride back for the guy that drops off your car (and his girlfriend, lol- yes that actually happened). Also, they charged a $25 "cleaning for delivery" fee, which I tried to refute as my car was full of dust on the interior and exterior upon drop off. When I tried to talk to the manager about this, he tried to say it was because the car had been left outside prior to pick up. Obvious BS as the interior of my car was full of dust as well, which was not the way it was when my car was picked up and does not happen with a car being left outside. Anyways, please please avoid this company and their shady business practices.

Came across this business after I already had a few quotes for a small job from other shops.Here is how it went down:1- emailed them a few pictures of the damage with the description of work I needed done.2- estimates came in for the next couple of days. They sorted through estimates from different shops and only sent me the ones that were competitive.3- picked one.4- car was picked up at my work.5- received progress reports while at the shop. Additional work got approval from me before getting done.6- car was dropped off at my apartment.7- made the payment through email money transfer.8- done!- estimates were lower than what I was getting myself before contacting them.- the entire process was very smooth. Very professional, great communication and punctual.- they do all the hard work. You just sit back and watch it take place.- quality of work was great. Lifetime warranty for the paint.The only tiny issue was that even though they use a fixed template for all the estimates, the one I went with didn't include taxes (unlike the rest of them) and it went unnoticed. But that was negligible compared to the peace of mind and the great service I received.I usually tend to cut the middle man, but in this case it worked out great in every way. Highly recommended ?I hope to never see them again!
