“I had ZR Auto put a Nano Shield on the windshield of my 2011 GT 500 to minimize any further rock chips on the OEM windshield, protect the dash from fading & to cut down on the sun refection. I dropped off my car early morning & was called early afternoon to pick it up. On first examination of the completed job, it looked fine…could not see any edges of the cover & it seemed slightly tinted…just what I expected. While driving home, I noticed a very slight horizontal fold/wave of the PPF about 4 am long, right in my line of vision of the vehicles in front of me…pulling over, I found a second smaller fold/wave below my mirror. These clitches put my view to be out of clear focus. I turned around & returned to ZR & showed the issues to the Tech & Installer…they verified the clitches & recommended that I let the cover cure over the next 2 days & bring it back, & they would replace it. I was good with that. Later that afternoon, Zahir called me & explained that the issues were likely caused by minor folds in the inside of the end of the roll of the PPF…he asked me to bring it back the next morning & they would replace it. Zahir explained that he wants his customers to be completely satisfied with any job they undertake! I returned the day after & they replaced it & kept it over the weekend to ensure it cured. I’m completely happy w the result & Zahir’s commitment to customer satisfaction. I’m planning on having ZR remove my 13 yr old 3M coverings on parts of the front & have them cover the entire front end up to the doors & windshield w their Nano film.”

“The people at Wash my Ride were very kind, professional and accommodating. They offer a large variety of services and even fixed a rock chip in my windshield so it wouldn't spread. They are close to chinook mall if you need to kill time but also have coffee and a TV. My car interior looked like it was brand new and I will be returning there in the future.”

I leased yet another car from Charlesglen Toyota!
I have dealt with this dealership for 30+ years and I keep coming back. The service and attention to customer satisfaction has always been 5 stars plus!
This recent 2024 Rav 4 hybrid lease (which is my third Rav 4 and 2 Siena’s and a venza before) is exactly what I had wanted.
The incredible service and care I received from Max made it easy to decide if I should “try something else” or stick with Charlesglen without any pressure whatsoever. He went out of his way to help me in any way that he could esp after the hail damage my car received this past August.
The finance person Jody was an absolute dream to work with! The deal was signed sealed and delivered without any hitches and no pressure to add things on to my package.
There’s really no point looking for a better vehicle and believe me I have test driven all of the same type of vehicles. No one can compare for the quality and the price and service.

I can not say enough about Charlesglen Toyota! The service and care they give their clients goes above and beyond what other dealerships do.

In particular … Justin Yang is amazing!!

He went out of his way to help me find my car which in the end was even better than I ever could have expected. He’s kind, approachable and knows the company inside and out. He solely is the reason I went back to Charlesglen yet again because he was always prompt and available to answer questions. He puts the client first not just the sale of a vehicle.

Another INCREDIBLE experience at Charlesglen!!

I had my car serviced and arrived to pick it up minutes after they closed.
I was in a real predicament and had to retrieve my car and return the rental.
Not knowing what to do ( my only means of getting into my house was locked in my car!!) this lovely incredible human. Laura was locking the doors and leaving.
The service bay was dark and she found a way to get back in,
Not only did she stay with me until Tim Beach graciously came to help the rescue but she went totally out of her way for close to an HOUR after she was meant to leave (even leaving her car as she was driving away) to help me after we realized my car was secured. Unbelievably kind, care and competent and a real angel. Talk about customer service at the highest level!!

“I have been getting my vehicles serviced with Vince since 2012. Monza opened in 2001. Yes, he specializes in German/Asian/Italian/European high-end import vehicles (but services domestic automobiles as well), but after I had to get rid of my Mercedes coupe to accommodate twin babies (where there was no way the car seats would work LOL). I have since had my Jeep Grand Cherokee, Acura MDX and VW Atlas serviced there. Over the years, many outstanding front desk associates have excelled in providing excellent customer service by answering questions/booking appointments/offer advice (to name a few). Riley is the most current one. Some of the types of vehicles that come through: Just think: the owners of the Lambos, Ferraris, and Mercedes trust Vince and his staff more than the brand dealerships to work on their cars. As for value, Monza has technicians with over 25+ years of experience. They use high-quality products (LiquiMoly), and at the time of writing, they are usually ~$80/hr cheaper than certain dealerships. Vince does an amazing job not only owning the shop but also running it/operating it. He is never afraid to get his hands dirty. Monza has a vast network of contacts in the industry, and if you need a specific size of new tires - "he's got a guy," you scraped/nicked a rim - "he's got a guy" you need a new stereo or radar detector- "he's got a guy." I value loyalty, honesty, and trust. Vince (Monza) hits the trifecta. Also, on a side note, Vince is a huge community supporter, always giving back.”

“I brought my ford 150 in for a detail. I called in the morning and lucky was able to fit me in the same day. One of the best detailing shops I have been to. All I can say is I was blown away by how clean they got my truck. The back seat was filled with German Shepard dog hair and they got all of the hair out. My seats and carpet look brand new. The interior looks brand new. The exterior is also done extremely well everything is super shiny and clean. Everything about the service was amazing. Took them about 6 hours to do, but it was definitely worth it. I’m assuming it would take them less than 6 hours if your car was not as dirty as mine was.

“Surprised by the low rating, this car wash was a great find!
I was visiting from out of town and needed a quick, reliable place to wash my car. This location was just five minutes from our hotel, making it super convenient.

They accept both coin and tap payments, which was a big plus. Compared to what I’m used to back home, the coin timer here lasted longer than expected. Definitely good value.

If I had to nitpick, I’d say the soap wasn’t as sudsy as I prefer, but it still did the job well. Overall, I had a smooth experience and would 100% recommend this place to anyone in the area!”
