Auto Complete is a service oriented high quality business. They are reliable, keep their promises and provide continuous updates on progress.It is an extraordinary operation evoking a level of trust and integrity that I found to be very special.I would unconditionally recommend that if you need body work, routine mechanical or detailing that you speak to these folks.They answer the phone immediately and return messages left within minutes.I simply cannot sufficiently express in words what a special business this is.

Friendly, personal service. Nice owner operated company. Good repair job. Donna at the front is amazing with customers.I chose here to have my car repaired after a collision, over my insurance company's preferred vendor and am extremely satisfied. Communication was good throughout.Overall very satisfied.

Just picked up my car, and Auto Complete went above and beyond. When I first inquired, my car was in with Jim for an estimate within an hour. My insurance agency was not responding in a timely manner, but Donna was so patient and took on total responsibility for the coordination with My insurance and themselves so I didn't have to worry about anything.... while keeping me in the loop so I wasn't left wondering what was going on.Picking up my car today, some extras that I didn't expect had been done, just because, and seeing it was basically detailed.....WAY cleaner than I brought it in, inside AND out was completely unexpected. Felt like I was getting into a brand new car. It's pretty rare today to leave anywhere feeling like you received good service, so this was a really nice surprise!Thankyou to the Team at Auto Complete, I'll be recommending everyone to you! :)

Auto complete always does great work for me on all my cars and my family cars. They are great at matching the paint. Ive owned multiple subaru Wrxs and always brought the cars to them for bodywork and mechanical. Awesome shop and Enver is great to deal with.

It's hard to find a decent autobody shop willing to work with their clients. I came in to Auto Complete Collision , the estimator seemed very nice and informative. He gave me an estimate and I emailed him shortly after to see if the shop can work with a specific budget. The manager of the shop Enver, spoke to me personally resulting on a very reasonable price. The customer service was amazing. Enver took the time to drop off and pick me up from my residence. He kept me informed throughout week. The car looks brand new as he and his technicians did such a fantastic job. I would certainly recommend this shop! Very professional, accommodating and great quality of work!! When my JDM van got T-boned by a hit and run driver, I called over 30 mechanic shops for repairs and many of them said no because of right hand drive. Only Auto Complete was confident enough to do the estimate because they had previously worked on a similar vehicle to mine. Even though insurance deemed the vehicle a total loss we were able to come to a satisfactory settlement, not quite the outcome I was hoping for however it's as good as it gets.Big shout out to Ilya and Enver for going above and beyond for trying to source hard to find parts from Japan for the estimate and also giving me valuable advice throughout the process as this was a really stressful time for me being out of province. I felt taken care of and that's really all we can ask, these guys will fight for you and do their best to repair your vehicle.

Took my vehicle for a salvage inspection they scheduled me in for the following day the fee was half what some other garages were quoting and 4 weeks quicker than most. Nice friendly service knowledgeable staff and efficient service, my new garage of choice.
