It is straight zero.
They just notify me that they are closing my account. They told me they sent me a mail and email that I never received. And my chip delivery guy told me your account will be closing. So I sent email to AG. Never received any response from Dale.
And I called in credit department lady sent me an email for notification.
The reason is pathetic. Trucking route issues as well as I did not meet their annual purchase requirement.
I asked what is the annual requirement they don't even know.
And I asked Dale to phome me he never phone me back.
I ordered over 300k every year for last years. If that is not enough they should tell me what is the minimum requirement. Their minimum requirements for delivery was 2500.
Then now AG told me I did not meet their requirement???? Without saying anything or giving me any option to choose. They just tried to blame my store again. This us the worst company to work with. Especially, the management just........whatever. happy not to deal with them anymore.

Called their customer service regarding an order that wasn’t delivered, which was fine. It was my first time contacting them about and I was surprised with how rude and arrogant the customer service representative was. I felt stupid and talked down on. Who ever was on their shift at 10am today, I hope you see this. It was a lady and I’m praying you don’t treat other people the way you did me. I have sweet delivery guys but man, you guys got to work on your customer service. Terrible.

Polish guy is very arrogant and rude. I used a hand jack to help unload because he was too busy standing around talking. Guy then gets upset and asks if any other warehouse has taught me patience ????. I dont get paid by the hour to sit around and talk like the polish guy George does. I tried to help him do his job and in return I get attitude and arrogance. Used to like delivering here....

Always good. Lots of room in the yard to manoever. Lumpers always ready for us and usually give us our door number. Paperwork in the back and in we go.
Can be quick and never as slow as some....ya Loblaws I'm looking at you ?

I am behind trailer 2542 of you guys right now. I called to complain but the connection ended and no one picked up after.
Your driver is overtaking people while traffic is oncoming. He almost caused an accident with two motorcycles. Keeps no distance to people in front. Rides everyone's bumper and then passes 2 or more vehicles at a time even when traffickers is oncoming!!!
