I have never had a bad experience here and prefer this location over any other one in the city. Megan is my go-to SA and has always gone out of her way to help me. She messages me and lets me know when my items are there to try on. She has also helped me get in touch with other SA's when she is not able to help. I go here to shop for work clothes. It is an added bonus when someone knows you by name and Megan always goes above and beyond her customer service requirements.

Instead of doing their jobs these associates will walk around you thinking they’re pageant models in their loud heels, gold earings, perfect outfit, perfect makeup, and perfect hair. They won’t greet to you, they won’t even acknowledge you even if you’re standing next to them. I walked in and they all looked at me briefly before going back to updating their Instagram story or whatever they’re doing on their phones. It’s like their perfect, surface level “beauty” gives them this delusion that they’re better than you instead of doing the very reason why they’re there in the first place: to assist a customer. Haha

Megan (sp?) was extremely helpful in finding a blazer in my size and was able to find the style I wanted and order it in. She was very kind and went out of her way to help me. Thanks so much!

worst customer service ive ever received in an aritzia. walked in, the girls stared but didn’t say a word, just watched me search the store. a blonde girl, dressed super casually wearing a ball cap (jan 23rd) walked up to the lady next to me asking if she needed any help and then proceeded to look at me up and down and walked away. will not return.

It’s so annoying I had to pretend to not notice that I was racially profiled by some of the staff there . She practically screamed at me when I grabbed a super puff to bring up to the counter.She acted like I was running out the door with it .

Been in here a couple times and all the staff are just rude. They don’t acknowledge you when you need help pr even greet you. Like the previous reviews, save your time and go to chinook.

Almost like a scene out of Pretty Woman. If you are dressed up, they will help you as soon as you walk in the store but when you're in jeans and a hoodie no one is to be found. Staff are rude and arrogant here. Save your time and just go to the Chinook Aritzia instead.

Love Aritzia but this branch in the CORE has the worst staff and customer service in Calgary. I prefer to shop at market mall or chinook.

Went in here today, wanted to try on a pair of jeans but they were too big. Asked for a size down and the employee Brooklyn tossed the jeans on the ledge and didn’t acknowledge me or say anything, she stormed off back to the computer and left me having to go grab them myself. I’ve been shopping here for over 10 years and never once have I been treated this way. Staff is rude and they don’t care about making things right. All they could do was apologize, didn’t offer anything else. I don’t need an apology I need better customer service

Staff here were so unhelpful and rude. I had been in the store for probably ten minutes before someone said hello in such an annoyed tone. I was walking around with some shirts and stood at what I assumed was the fitting room. A guy employee said "what are you waiting for?" I said I want to try these shirts on then told me the fitting room was on the other side then proceeded to laugh with his coworker when they thought I couldn't hear. My experience in this store left me feeling upset and embarrassed.
