“The Cube is a nice building and well managed building, it is always clean. The location is great and close to everything.
Abi was very professional and made the move out inspection smoothly.”

“I stayed in Chelsea estates on 1310 14 Ave for one year. It's really great experience. building is very big, spacious and specially the gym and a boundary park inside the building. It has picnic benches and lots of trees.. you can sit and relax . Children can play around.. there is billiards room but sticks are not good. Good area for kids to play around in park.
New building manager Yvonne is also good and always listening and taking care of resident needs.”
“Not a bad housing option
Pros: convenient location in the city center, very pleasant staff, no noise problems were noticed, except for the noise at the entrance (the front door is not soundproofed). There is a gym, a relaxation room and a common cinema room.
Of the minuses: strange wiring arrangement, no air conditioning or ventilation, problems with water pressure on the upper floors.
I didn’t notice any problems with the heating; I lived there in the summer.”
