Really bad experience. We wanted to purchase a vehicle and we gave a deposit whereby they told us it would be refundable if the deal fell through. We’re still waiting on a response to get our deposit back.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FEOM THIS PLACE!! I set up a meeting with sunny the sales manager to look at a specific truck I seen on their website. I drove 2 hours from Lethbridge to Calgary to look at the truck, i test drove the the truck and instantly noticed it needed a wheel alignment, a pinion seal changed on the rear differential and a few other repairs even though the truck just had an AMVIC inspection done on it.. anyway we made a deal and they agreed to repair these things before I took delivery/ paid for the vehcile. So I went back to lethbridge and after a week of waiting they told me the repairs were done and i could come get the truck. So i drove 2 hours from Lethbridge back to Calgary just to find out none of the repairs we agreed on had been completed... they assured me I could take the truck to a shop to get these repairs done and they would re emburse me the money for the repairs since these repairs were agreed on with the price of the truck. The truck ended up needed lower ball joints on both sides and a tie rod end which is why the alignment was so bad, all the repairs ended up costing me almost 2 thousand dollars.. it has now been 3 weeks since I got the repairs done and they have not re embursed me a cent... conveniently neither Sunny or the owner will respond to me.. iv left both of them multiple messages and phone calls with no response. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

I was happy to find vehicle that l like here but now l regret and crying a lot l had pay more money to fix the vehicle some stuff in the car was missing and l try to communicate with them but nobody’s care because l pay .lam not happy it was a lot of money l was it it will never happen again . U guys not fair at All l will never forget this .Never ever buy car here u will waste more money . The waste my money by lies sell me junk car and l had fix it god will punish u all.

Thanks to Ali and his team once again. I purchased my first vehicle here about a year and a half ago when first moving to Canada. Now I'm back and Ali managed to get me into my first truck as well as made sure it had new tires to combat the weather. Thanks Again.
