I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Aldo, and I cannot speak highly enough about the exceptional service I received from Akila. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with such warmth and enthusiasm that I immediately felt welcomed. She went above and beyond to ensure that I found exactly what I was looking for, all while making the experience enjoyable and stress-free.
Akila has an incredible eye for style and provided me with excellent recommendations based on my needs and preferences. She was extremely patient, answering all my questions with professionalism and care, even as the store got busier. What stood out the most was how genuinely invested she seemed in making sure I left satisfied with my purchase. She didn’t just sell me shoes; she gave me confidence that I was making the right choice for my style and comfort.
It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in their work and provides such personalized service. Akila truly made my shopping experience one to remember, and I will definitely be returning because of her. Aldo is lucky to have someone so passionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated on their team.

Narjes A. was extremely helpful. She went out of her way to help me find a pair of shoes. I’m so impressed with her customer service skills and will recommend Aldo to my friends and family because of the customer service I received from Narjes!

Love coming to this store! I’m always greeted by the friendliest staff there. Kira and the others working that day was awesome! They always make the effort to help everyone with a smile on their face and with kindness!! ☺️

Terrible service. (September 30th around 2pm) No help whatsoever yet the store was practically empty. After 10 minutes of zero service to me and the very few other people in the store, i finally went up to the front desk and asked for the shoe i wanted in a size 8…he brought back a size 6 for some reason unknown. Went back told him this isn't the size i asked for and this man looked unfazed. Hey at least i got a half ass apology so I’ll give him that.

This is still happening. My last 3 visits looking for a specific product the staff stood behind the counter chatting amongst themselves. They were highly unapproachable and did not acknowledge my presence while I was in the store. It is an absolute waste of my time and gas going to your stores when I am not serviced. Your staff are highly unwelcoming and unprofessional, and I think this will be the end of my relationship with Aldo. I have sent an email to the address provided and have never gotten a response back. You obviously do not care about the customer experience.
Walked around the store and waited for the single sales rep to finish helping the lady who arrived after me. Was not acknowledged the entire time I was in the store. Ended up leaving because of no assistance.

Worst customer experience. Won’t take a return because my husband threw out my shoe box on accident. Can’t return $100 pair of shoes because of a mistake. Shows are brand new and never worn.

I cannot for the life of me remember the name of the rep who helped me yesterday, but she was lovely and friendly and was attentive - I wear a larger size (and have never owned heels before, but needed them for an event) and she helped me, patiently, try and figure out which pair would be the most comfortable, while paying attention to the styles I was looking for. The store was clean, albeit a little warm (a coworker there, i learned at checkout, was cold LOL. I hope she is warmer now) and the vibe was so much nicer than I expected. Definitely planning to go back for my next dressy shoe purchase! :)

Went to Aldo at Market Mall with my buddy a week ago to get shoes for an event. The salesperson Ahmed was very attentive and helpful with finding a nice pair of dress shoes.

Came by this location earlier not sure what I was looking for. I ended up leaving very satisfied by the excellent and professional customer service given to me by Kira. She was beyond helpful! The team was friendly and the store looked fantastic! Highly recommended
