rude employees, will no longer be buying from Aldo Chinook

I was at chinook mall ALDO and the staff, manager are so rude arrogant and not returned the things as there is policy of returning bags in 30 days. They also not giving there names and was so rude, answered very badly and not listing to my point. Also I got the representative name on receipt, it’s Dana. She is non responding and I prefer everyone not to go ALDO at chinook mall. At least you should inform all your customers about returning the wipe with bags that wipe not returned they didn’t told us before and make us fool. Worst customer service and response from the co workers and manager at ALDO in chinook mall

There was the nicest girl working here, who was just awesome to talk to! I love Aldo since it’s affordable and they usually have good sales, and I always love their style of jewelry and accessories!

We came in with our newborn, store had people looking and yet the two women that worked there stood behind cash registers I had to go up three times to ask for my husbands proper shoes and sizes.Felt like I was bothering them. I'm sure would sell more if attentive employees worked there.
