Dec 26 12:28 pm. Two ladies were working the front and one was incredibly rude to me. We will never come back to this location as long as she’s there. Description, brunette, short and oriental. I hope the managers see this before she messes up anyone else’s day. HORRIBLE SERVICE SO RUDE AND SNOTTY.

My sister asked me to buy some hand balm for her during our trip to Calgary and that's how I discovered this place. The lady who helped me is very knowledgeable and friendly. A little pricey but scents last long.

A beautiful store and amazing-smelling products. Thank you to the very knowledgeable and kind Angelica for making my experience so wonderful. She was able to answer all my questions with lots of detail and it was obvious she knew her stuff. Also, the application of products on my hands made the experience that much more fun and engaging.

We loved the curated experience of coming in to this store. The sales associate told us the history of the brand, and had us wash our hands and moisturize with their products. It was so lovely and felt luxurious. We didn’t make a purchase, but the experience was great and I would love to make a purchase in the future.

First of I want to thank Julia for the amazing customer service!Julia was very friendly and informative about all the products. She has actually helped out my coworkers, and our regional Manager to help find the perfect scent for OVO!The scent that was picked out for our store, is what caught my attention about the brand. This is what made me curious to check out the store and I was not disappointed. Aesop was aesthetically pleasing, and had selections not only for home fragrance but for body, skin, and cologne products as well.I would recommend going to Aesop if you are looking for a unique signature scent.
