Took my Audi there to get some maintenance work in the blower fan replaced. Very friendly, they were far more cost-effective then the dealership and the vehicle was washed and done ahead of schedule.
A lot of times the true measure of a business is how they handle potential problem. I had a courtesy vehicle booked but the previous client did not return the vehicle so the service advisor Reeve personally drove me back to my home. My vehicle came in slightly under the estimate and the cost saving was forwarded to me. On returning to the shop to pick up my vehicle I was sent a report by text letting me know who my tech was as well as the results of a complimentary comprehensive inspection.
Can't say enough good things about this shop. Try them once and you'll be back.

A friend of mine recommended this place, and the reviews looked good. In July I brought in my van, and I was fine with the original quote, but after a few days, they said that they broke a few bolts, and it'll cost me a few hundred dollars more. I wasn't too happy with that! But I had no choice, it seemed. When I picked it up, my climate control buttons had a delay for the air to blow out, I asked about it, but the guy up front didn't really care. After I got home, I noticed that my interior trim panels and roof liner where the technician had worked on it was all black from his fingerprints, and my seatbelt bolt mounted to the floor was still loose. Now the same problem happened again, and I decided to fix the issue myself in my interior. YouTube helped me this time. This place is a big disappointment for me. I don't get how a company allowed for this to happen, I'll be looking for another mechanic shop elsewhere.

I found Adair's Auto Repair over 10 years ago and have been taking our family's vehicles to them ever since. These guys are the best! They are professional, personable and honest. The quality of work is excellent and Seamus, Sean, BJ and Bryce (when he was there) always take the time to fully explain all the work they do and most importantly why it needs to be done. I appreciate this because in my experiences with dealerships, nobody would explain the mechanics and workings of my vehicles and used my lack of knowledge to do work that wasn't necessary. The guys have also gone above and beyond in helping my family and I with vehicle emergencies and purchases. Adair's is my #1 stop for all things auto!

Just bought 8yr old SUV that needed to have the normal maintaince that was never done. Adair Auto did an inspection and found things the previous owners inspection caught, and removed some things they said needed to be replaced but was fine. Due to the quality and care Adair Auto provided as is thier standard we now have an eight year old SUV that is like new. Dont waste your time on other places just go straight to Adair Auto.
Quick as possible and efficient as always.
