Active Tech Electronics is a great store when you need very specific parts and bits.
The staff are very knowledgeable and patient. You literally give them a part that you need to replace, and they will find it among all the variety of sizes and shapes they sell.
I only wished that I was more knowledgeable to be able to shop here regularly.

with so much ewaste from planed obsolesce and shotty workmanship
this store is my go to to fix my stuff because of fair prices and helpful staff.
i can replace items for hundreds to thousands depending on what it is
or i can simply just watch a youtube video and fix it for few dollars.
all i need is a bit of equipment like a digital soldering station which they do carry
and if they dont have the parts or the equipment
they point me in right direction.
these guys are good!!!

The staff and owner were knowledgeable and helpful. I came in with a broken baby monitor and left with a working one 15 mins later, for an extremely reasonable price.

Great place carries a lot of small repair parts for quick repairs, DIY projects and easily available for a quick grab, way better then waiting on Amazon deliveries or other online websites for very similar pricing

I used to frequent this shop to support a local business instead of ordering all my electronics online - however, my most recent experience with their staff has left an extremely bad impression. Would not recommend.

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me find the unique parts I was looking for. I ended up not requiring one item and returned it without an issue, which, to be honest I was somewhat expecting a no refund type policy. That excellent customer service is why I'm writing this review. I was very impressed and will continue to recommend them. I wish them the best of success.
