Most annoying liquor store to visit...first off the scanning the ID thing at the door makes everyone feel like a criminal and most of the time doesn't even work , only decent selection and the staff the last time I went smelled of particular strong body oder , only ever use the location because it's close to where I live

They require you to scan your Drivers licensee or passport to enter the store. Likely stealing your personal information.

You lost a sale today because of your requirement to scan my iD into your computer system before I could even enter. This is how identity fraud happens. What assurances do you have in place to protect my data?!? My iD is more valuable than a bottle of wine. Too bad!

Awful as Awful can be. The lack of compassion and empathy from this staff was mind blowing. There was an error with the scanning of the driver's license and the young individual working there was nothing but rude. When asked for clarification as to why Entry was denied was Smuggly told to read the screen. Not only did he laugh about the situation and told me I am not allowed into his store, when asked for the manager's contact he refused to provide it, when asked when a manager would be present he shrugged his shoulders and said maybe next week. the situation in itself was humiliating And the fact that this individual took some sort of satisfaction in it Is awful

I just went there and was served by Karmen (I hope I spelled your name right) His professionalism was exceptional and I left feeling appreciated. Thank you for the phenomenal service!! I recommend this store highly.

Karman is a very knowledgeable individual. I frequent the store regularly. It very nice to enter ss he always has a smile on his face abd very helpful with all questions and concerns. His work ethic is very commendable.

Just horrible customer service, it's kind of funny when you think about it. There are so many liquor stores in the area, why go to this one?There are no discounts at this store. Selection is very poor, half the items are out of stock. Not worth the time and hassle!
