Horrible place - don’t recommend AT ALL, I booked an appointment to file my taxes and when I showed up their door was locked ?? No one answering the phone nor opening the door- I was waiting for 30 mins. Now- 7 hours later,still no one has contacted me, it’s a joke

This place is the worst to file your taxes. And the guy is extremely rude. Gave me an appoimtment, i waited a week for it. Texted me just before the time that he couldnt make it. Then gave me another appointment after a week. Then, when i went to file my taxes, he took the money upfront, telling me he has no time today but he will get it done on monday. A week has already passed and he hasnt done anything. And im still waiting for a refund from the this laziest, work-shy and the most slothfull accountant ever. Save yourself some time and go to someone who knows what they are doing. Wish I could give this guy a zero star cuz out of anything in his slow and dull life, he deserves it the most.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Surinder loed straight to my face telling me that he has submitted my family's return and that we will have it in 2 to 3 weeks, just to find out 3 weeks later that he hasn't submitted it yet and tells me over the phone that he never said it was submitted and then he hangs up on me and doesn't answer any of my calls.TELL THE TRUTH
