I can’t say enough good things about my experience with A1 Auto Body Ltd! From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Sean, the appraiser, was outstanding—friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. They took care of everything for me, including setting up a rental car. All I had to do was drop off my car and pick it up once it was perfectly fixed. The quality of the work was top-notch, and I felt well taken care of throughout. The receptionist was also very kind and welcoming, adding a nice touch to the whole experience. Highly recommend A1 Auto Body Ltd to anyone needing auto repair. Five stars all the way!

After a collision that required some significant repairs to my vehicle, I was very happy with the customer service, responsiveness and work done by A1 Auto Body. While everything takes time these days, I appreciated being kept in the loop. Happy to have my vehicle back and you do meet the nicest people by accident!

Had the misfortune of an accident on the Island in B.C.. Two months of attempting to get quotes for repair on the Island and in Vancouver drew little response and storage costs continued to accumulate. I contacted a transport company to haul my vehicle back to A1 Auto Body in Calgary. Within a day of receiving the vehicle A-1 presented a very competitive quote, I agreed to the price and parts were ordered. A1 kept me informed of the status of the repairs and were even able to return the vehicle a little early as we would be away for the period of time the vehicle was originally scheduled for repair. I am extremely pleased with the professionalism and understanding of the staff at A-1. Most importantly, I have the car back, and it looks great.

Experience was fine except for a little confusion about phones. After communicating with me via my cell phone (about repair preferences) they used our land line number to leave a voice message telling us that the car was ready. It was two days before we noticed the message. Since we had exceeded the number of days for which our insurance paid for rental, it meant that we had to pay for two days of car rental that were unnecessary.

We’ve been using A1 for over 20 yrs now. The staff are friendly and amazing. The work is always top quality. My car is looking brand new again after the hail storm left its mark when it was only 3 months old. I wouldn’t trust my car with anyone else!!!

I took my Cadillac for repair and they did great job everything is perfect now , nice staff, and the warranty manger mark was very helpful, I recommend this place for sure

It was an extra busy time at A1 due to the hail storm damage but that did not affect the service that I received for repair of a small bumper incident. I got a prompt response on an estimate, and date for the repair. The staff were all super courteous and the work was done as promised at the original cost estimate. Furthermore the vehicle was vacuumed and cleaned at no extra cost. This is a top notch service and I'm glad I chose them.

Customer service was great and quick responds from management and provided fix in another visit regarding to issues such as, replacement of a part claimed did but not, rear trunk struts were not fully engaged caused beeping alarm, and some other little details. One thing concerns me is license plate starts rubbing rear trunk and results little rust spot over the time but I was suggested to touch up with paint marker, thank you for this suggestion! It works really well!!

I just had my truck repaired at A-1 Auto Body Shop. It looks amazing! Carla was the appraiser and you won't find a more dedicated and professional person in this industry!! I have and will follow her to wherever she works! She knows her stuff and she does the best job ever! She goes above and beyond the level of customer service in this industry! She actually cares about her customers!

I’m a 70 year old woman who knows nothing about car repairs .
I visited the A-1 Auto Body today looking for advice about my car which had recently been damaged in a collision .
I can’t speak highly enough about the excellent customer service I received from Rob and Trent . They were both extremely polite and very understanding of my situation .
They were very generous with their time and offered me very helpful , sound advice on how I should proceed . Thank you guys !
