This is an amazing Seven Eleven with wonderful cashiers. I have never had a problem here and they have very many items in the store for sale and I do not understand why there are so many negative reviews. I am very happy and thankful that Seven Eleven opened a new location in seton, also the grand opening was awesome, I walked here in a blizzard to get the free items.5 stars

7/11 puts on a promotion for $1 Slurpee for a large cup. I go in with a refill cup of the large size. The manager tries to charge me $2 refill rate. I ask why when I'm saving them a cup. He says, the promo isn't on the refill. Suggest you get a new manager with the ability to critically think. Or maybe keep a cup at the front that he can scan for people who don't like to WASTE cups. Awful experience and after spending $100s of dollars there will not be returning.

Hopefully the owner reads this review!On multiple occasions I have gone in and the cashier with long curly hair is the most disrespectful person I have come across. He is ignorant and rude. I was avoiding contact with him but I wanted to get the 2 cheese taquitos but only had one in the counter so I ordered extra one. After it was cooked he put it in the chicken one and I said are these cheese and he ignored me.

Management missed the mark hiring & training staff. No bags, no food (peak times I’ve wanted food & present food was dry and nothing was being cooked either) horrible service after 11 pm and consistently forgetting items I’ve asked for at the til.. easy to see they skipped some elements of the training module.

Avoid this station. The owner tries to scam people by advertising low gas prices just to get you to drive there.
