This location has to be the worst in the city. At one time, it was probably one of the best locations. Sadly that is not the case anymore. The service is atrocious. The store manger parks his car at the closest gas pump to the door. It’s constantly under stocked. Charging almost $9.00 dollars for a 4lt of milk that will expire in two days. The cashiers are constantly shorting customers with the proper change. There can be upwards of ten customers in line and only one person working on the till, while two other employees slack off. Worst 7-11 in Calgary!!

Again, this is the worst 7-11 in the city. Staff *do not* care about their customers nor the cleanliness of the store. Whoever bought this store and fired everyone who'd worked there for years to hire all their friends and family should be embarrassed at their lack of care for this place. I hope it goes under. Honestly. Hopefully someone with more care and attention will take it over again. Not only do they not want to earn your money, they don't provide the product for sale. Every morning there is either not enough hot food for the 8 people in line, or none ready at all. They force us to go to another place for food, taking our money with us. This store and how it is run should be an example of what not to do and yet no matter how many reviews it gets, NOTHING CHANGES. Nobody cares. Not even the owner. Don't fool yourself.

The service is a nightmare here, the staff will do anything but help you. Went ad stood in line to buy bus tickets, staff finished wirh the guy in front of me and then walked away, came back to help the guy who just cut in front of me in line though.

This place is the absolute crappiest 7-Eleven in Calgary it's like it got new management and now it's horrible the slurpees are always disgusting the floor is always disgusting and the employees try to scam you I hope they lose this franchise and someone else buys it so badJust bought a Slurpee and it tastes like disgusting I don't even know what it is it's disgusting

I went in the store I almost fell on my butt as the floor was just washed no signs up stating that fact. Girl employee was yelling in different language at the other employee across the store. Not cool.Napkins no where to be found.

Everytime i am here i am always greeted with a smile. However today some weird incident happened so i am writing this review to help understand the situation. A customer at 6:40 pm was being harsh and rude to the employee for no reason. I believe the employee name was Anita. She was offering her help but the customer was constantly threatening her. After that i was still accompanied with a smile and helped with my order. Anita is a real champ. Thanks again. I am a regular customer as i live in erin woods. My wings are always crisp and services are always quick. Keep it up guys.

I have been coming to 711 in erinwoods for quite some timeAnd i have noticed all the girls and guys working so hard.I see Navdeep ,Anita, Mohmeet , Joyval,Arshdeep, and the rest of the lovely crew. Thanks guys keep it up
