Dear Owner,The lady's you have working day shift have given me and many others the worst customer service experience I (they)have ever encountered and even worse they take zero responsibility for anything even when they are clearly at fault (having no coffee at 8am) another example of poor customer service is not allowing the lady who spilled her slurpee to grab a new one (cups can be written off) not act as though you pay for the cup and make someone having a bad day even worse it's called good customer service. You should clearly be able to see a trend with all 1 star reviews and all your responses to these 1 star reviews are becoming less and less sincere as the behaviors have continued. Maybe it's time to actually do something about said employees.

The medium slurpee lids did not stay sealed, the worker tried to blame me as if I wasn’t putting in on right. I was getting 3 and I had to get the large so the kids wouldn’t pop off and spill in my car. The also didn’t have any trays.

I wouldn’t give this location any stars if there was such an option.I purchased a large Slurpee, paid for it, and within seconds, almost all of it spilled in my car. When I returned to the store immediately to explain what happened, the staff member was incredibly rude and unhelpful.Despite my explanation and offering to show her the spill, she insisted that I had to pay for another Slurpee because apparently, my cup would contaminate the drink if I used it again. This reasoning made no sense, especially considering my cup was clean, and only the cap had fallen on the ground.What's even more frustrating is that she refused to listen to reason or even consider my perspective. All she seemed to care about was pushing me to pay again, completely disregarding the fact that I had just paid for a drink I didn't even get to enjoy.It's appalling that in a time when customer service should be a priority, this staff member chose to treat me with such disrespect and lack of consideration. It's worth noting that many other fast food places offer refills without scrutinizing whether a cup is contaminated or not.To add insult to injury, when a kind gentleman offered to pay for my drink, I declined, but the fact that a stranger was more willing to help than the staff speaks volumes about the level of service at this location.Needless to say, I will never be returning to this 7/11 again. It's a shame that one bad experience can ruin the reputation of an entire establishment, but in this case, the lack of empathy and professionalism displayed by the staff member was truly unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this location at all costs.

Worse customer service experience ever. Had one of their employees treat my family extremely poorly. When my husband left after she told him he talked too much she continued to bad mouth him to my son and myself.The store is good certain staff are not.

Friendly cashier he was nice and was willing to let me look for the app on my phone for getting the points. Also wide variety of Zero Sugar drinks available also clean/safe at night even when it's less busy.

Just would like to say this 7-Eleven has the rudest people working at this establishment. I went in to get a Slurpee and use my points. Then she still tried to charge me 13 sense for what reason I don’t know. When I asked her what she meant, she’s just said never mind and suggested I leave .The workers at the counter do not like anybody with a 7-Eleven app. They’ll play games with customers and say oh it’s not working but it is. They also like taking money from under the table. I caught them, ripping me off of my lotto ticket winnings. I do not trust them here. I think they are a bunch of crooks that should fired.

I've ordered online for pick up twice at this location, and both times I was met with very rude costumer service from an Asian employee. Both times, I saw my items sitting on the counter when it should be temperature controlled in a fridge. On my first online order I noticed an item was incorrect, and this employee did not apologize, and instead states it's a scanning problem. The scanner and the item are mismatched, and there is nothing she can do. Another employee was kind enough to make ammends so that my order was correct. On my second online pick up, the same Asian lady was present. The first thing she said was "I know you're going to complain but there is nothing I can do about it. It's a scanning problem, you're going to have to deal with them". When I asked them who, she states customer service. From a customer viewpoint, I did my part ordering what I needed, but the employee would not satisfy my order because of an internal problem. Employee was very dismissive and said "next!". I will most likely taking my business at the next closest 7-11. Unable to contact owner at the link they provided.

Donna the manager, should NOT be at the front counter with paying customers if you're establishment prides itself on customer service! There is none! I will Not be back! Get a new manager! Terrible role model for employees as well.

The main lady that works there, has being incredibly rude to me since I moved to this community. She was already rude to me, however, I forgot my wallet one day. I tried to pay through my phone but it wasn’t going through.When I mentioned I’ll go get my wallet stacked the items neatly and said I will be back with my payment. I did make the trip of 20 min to get my wallet, she complained that she put the items back, even though I stated I would be right back. Now every time I go in, I’m the only customer she asks how I’m paying before my items are even scanned. She also tells me I tap my card incorrectly every time I’m in - I currently manage a retail store I understand the POS system well. At a certain point it’s probably your pin pad machine.I usually have lots of patients for people working late retail shifts as I have done it in the past, but I spend a lot of money here and not saying I deserve extra treatment but being treated like a human would be nice. She was already rude and disrespectful but I don’t need to be belittled or degraded for forgetting my wallet once.The way I have been treated is despicable - I will be making the extra 10 min drive to the edgemont 7-11 and suggest everyone else to do the same.
