There is a public washroom at this location (Glenmore McLeod trail SW) and the night shift employee refused to use the washroom. I'll definitely complain to the consumer department.

One of the worst 711 experiences I've had in my entire life. Went to pick up some budget surplus food via toogoodtogo and the worker gave me 2 items. The 711 at elbow drive sw gives up to 8 items. Do not get orders from toogootogo here and avoid this store entirely if you care about customer service. 0 stars.

I was called for an interview by the manager but arrived to find that the manager was not present. Lack of professionalism and consideration for my time!!! It leaves me with concerns about the company's ability to manage its affairs effectively and treat potential employees with respect.

Not the best customer service when you don't bother having some windshield washer fluid in at the pumps for quick window cleanings. Not everyone filling gas will buy car wash from you, if that's your whole intention! Very disappointing gesture

Absolutely terrible customer service, I ordered food of the to good to go app and they refused to give me the order even though it was already paid for and I had the confirmation code, called corporate and complained, then when my sister went and asked why they wouldnt give me the order they said because I had a sling shot!?! What I don't even own a slingshot, so clearly the employees aren't just terrible at customer service but also liars, I will continue to call the store until I can speak with a owner. Employees are ktira and monosh I believe when I asked for their names monosh refused and said good luck complaining and laughed in my face

I have an app for 7-Eleven. I made a purchase there but I wanted to redeem my points. They made the transaction as fast as they could. So I wouldn’t be able to scan my rewards. 0/10. Customer Service is very poor

I request to use the employee restroom as the customer restroom was temporarily out for use as its third time in this month, they said thats the only one we have i wonder where do employees go if they have to in their shifts sometimes car wash is not available, luckily gas is available

There is a lot of bad experience reviews but I will say that they hired someone new for the late night shifts, from my recollection it is a Filipino (forgive me if I'm wrong) maybe named Yasmin/Jasmin and she is like the kindest and most hospitable employee I've met. I've worked in hospitality in big places, yet this lady provided a service that is more memorable. For a 7 Eleven, everytime I have ordered or bought anything, she's sent over a sweet note and super neatly packaged items. I just adore it. If she's reading this, I want her to know that you have potential way bigger than 7 Eleven and I hope you know that. Thank you so much.
