Apparently they hire staff that don’t speak English… LOL. I called to check if they sold the Vicks Inhaler Stick and the guy just kept saying he doesn’t understand me. ??♀️

Not the stores fault - but unfortunately there's lots of heavy drug/alcohol use and social disorder in this stores parking lot. To enter the store, customers have to run the gauntlet of drug users and people experiencing mental health emergencies. There's often more shopping carts and old baby strollers in the parking lot than there are cars.I avoid this store for this reason.This is not the type of location that kinds should go to for a slurpee.

The night staff is really very helpful and friendly. Especially two guys named Malhar and Akshay.I'll visit this store again and again because of great customer service provided.

I went to Westbrook Mall on December 6, 2023 and since there's a close by 7-11 on 37th Street SW, I decided to drop by to get a sim card. I was very impressed with Shrey, the store person who attended to me. He was very nice, friendly and showed concerned to his customer. I tried to asked him regarding the Speak Out sim card and he answered my questions to the best he can with the help of his co-worker Roberta. Both Shrey and Roberta are so nice and they are for sure an asset to 7-Eleven. I do hope that the owner of this 7-11 on 37th Street SW will show appreciation to these dedicated employees.

This Place is Amazing and Dangerous Really because there are always 20-25 Junkies and drugged people giving hard time to those who do night shift hear , I have respect for the men who work in night shifts in weekends . One night i visited and i seen junkies and i was afraid but the men who work inside gave smile and told to not worry and waited for me untill i came inside to store from my car . love you 7 eleven and that brave men .

Staff are nice, but there's always a bunch of zombies outside the building. Store is a bit dirty at most times too

Went to get my coffee in the Morning @ 5 am on March 9th. She close the store and said we are not allowed. After 15 min I called at the store to know the name of the manager & the lady picked up and said I’m the store manager… so I don’t understand why she has closed the store whole night and couldn’t able to get my morning coffee
