I have stopped going there as they never have cups for coffee. I have brought this up with the cashier several times, only to be ignored.Further to my original review.My concerns were heard and rectified. I appreciate the response from 7/11 and management.Greatly appreciated.Thank youAndrew

Worst location I've ever had the displeasure of visiting after hours. They say 7-11, which is about close to the hours they'll actually pay attention to people outside their locked doors, let alone serve them. I was actually pointedly ignored for approximately 10 minutes the last time I went, even after making eye contact with a staff member through the window..

Why does it say open and the worker there's waving me off like I'm annoying him or something I can't hear him through a window then he pulls his camera out and starts pointing it at me I was upset because it says open why wasn't he trying to serve us why did he wave us away I don't understand I don't understand what I did to not be served at the window I know the doors were locked and I knew it was Windows service only ... I admit I was aggravated but the way he waved me off and kept ignoring us like you didn't even approach or try to explain why the open light was still on instead he pulled his camera out acting like he's the victim

Stupid workers Close the door 8:00 Pm daily. 7-elven has to be opened 24 Hours. The Workers can't speak English too. I don't know who hire them

Says they are open 24 hours but was told by the employee that they are closed from 9pm-5am every night. What is the point of having a safety box?! And change your hours online and maybe name since both are misleading. Wasting my money in cab fair to come there when they are closed is ridiculous. Seems like all the 7-11s in this city just close whenever they want.

Absolutely horrible service, they don’t let you inside and force you to order through a metal window that is surrounded by crackheads waiting for you to take out your wallet. They took three people ahead of me and ignored me multiple times. When I finally ordered he couldn’t even understand me to get what I wanted and I ended up having to just leave. DO NOT go to this location. Horrible horrible service.

Im a 40 year old man being asked for ID. Even when I showed my ID which verified my age, staff refused to sell tobacco saying my ID doesn't have an expiration date.Train ur staff. This is rubbish

Horrible. The attendant wouldn't let anyone in, which for her safety is understandable. But there was another male attendant there. She instead opted to take individual orders thru the window, but to no fault of her own, her English wasn't good enough to understand what was being said. This resulted in nearly ten minutes PER PERSON. And multiple "that's not what I ordered!" interactions. my quick trip for a snack turned into a 40 minute detour for 2 bags of chips and a Gatorade. It was 2am and she had a line of over 12 people because each individual purchase took nearly 10 mins. Just let people inside next time? Better than making 15 people wait in the cold and getting their orders wrong. What's the point in having the male attendant there if they're not even going to use the buddy system?
