Don't buy Gift cards or top up cards here.I've bought 5 cell phone top up and Video game cards here, and I always have to sit on the phone or computer for hours to get them to just work.Recently bought a Card that just doesn't work at all asides from that, I figured since I seen these game cards at many other 7-Elevens, the proper one would be in stock, NO, I bought the game card, and it doesn't work because the method of download and price of the game have changed, because the card is from 2017!!!!I had a hunch I would have problems if I bought the card but I didn't expect it to not work at all.Total waste of moneyAlso the top up receipts are barely legibleI've watched 70$ just slide away for nothing at this store, just get your fast food here, nothing digital related unless you are prepared to get nothing.

Very dirty, the night guy does not clean or do anything to make the place good and ready for people in the morning. I went there for coffee the other morning he had nothing ready or even started. What a waste of time do not come to this 7 eleven for anything it's a joke and the employees are a joke.

7 Eleven is my go to for quick snacks or treats, good range of items. Prices are inflated a bit, it's everywhere so not the stores fault.

You guy over chrage me for a slurpe refill last 3 times ive come there and your staff dont do anything about it. Ive asked to speak and for the manager, she wouldn't give me the mangers name or number. Also called over the phone to try to get mangers name and they hung up on me. That is not a way to treat a customer when i come there every other day for last 5

While I was in the store, a man bought a slurpee and a sandwich. He called a cab, and started eating and drinking. The clerks told him he could not eat in the store, he had to leave. He said he was waiting for a cab. They said 'doesn't matter, you cannot stay in here and eat'. I was disgusted by their behaviour towards this man who was doing nothing wrong - he bought their food, he was standing out of the way of anyone, and it was -16 outside. He said 'you just want money, money, and as soon as you have it, you want people out'. He was 100% correct. Despicable of the clerks.Response from the owner: Re: the link - I did report it to 7-11 referencing the store, which has other unfavourable reviews. I know it does have some harder clientele, but they can't blanket treat people poorly. I didn't report again using the link as I had already done so. Thanks for responding. Contact if further followup is needed.
