If I could rate this a 0 I would. I don't know what has changed since July, but it's terrible service now. Guy behind counter refused to give new food when I told him it's cold. He claims it's not. Been in the industry long enough to know that the chicken was well below acceptable temp. This is not the first time, but it is the last. Save your gas and go to a different location

Showed a blonde old woman my ID and she wouldn’t accept it and tried gaslighting me that my ID was expired ! It expires in 2026… came in the next day and showed a women named Christina my ID and she took it becuase it’s valid! That old woman was so rude too, not just to me but this gentleman in front of me. No idea how someone who cannot read properly and has horrible manners is able to work here but okay!

Unfortunately, today at 5 o'clock in the evening, I went to this location to get two slices of pizza like every day, and when I asked the person who was there, please give me two slices of chicken pizza. He rudely answered me, I will not make a new pizza for you and you should buy from the existing (old) pizza and this happened in front of other customers, which made others laugh at me and I had to leave the store. I feel sorry for this 7 Eleven location that hires staff like this.

The short big filipino was very rude and she has a face where everyone would want to punch. Try smiling when you are working in a customer service industry. You’re rude ignorant you should not be working with customers. Idiot! This is not the first time.

CHRISTINA THE BLONDE ASSISTANT MANAGER, refused to sell me lotto tickets because she apparently didn’t believe ANY OF MY 3 PIECES OF ID were me. Then refused to let me speak to an actual manager and was “reluctant” to give me my licence back. Horrible service, horrible and ignorant staff.

Ever since new management took over. All the friendly staff have left and now the new staff are too busy on their phones or talking amongst themselves. Sad it used to be a great store now I just go there because it is close.

Poor in terms of speed of service. When I went there this last time they had the only wheelchair (or stroller) access blocked by a pallet of firewood, it's middle of October in Calgary, not exactly the season to be loading up on firewood

I've seen snails move faster than this staff. Always dirty, somethings always broken. Convenient location, but with how long it takes to get service, it's never worth it. There are 2 other gas stations close by that has nice people in it.
