Unfortunately, today at 5 o'clock in the evening, I went to this location to get two slices of pizza like every day, and when I asked the person who was there, please give me two slices of chicken pizza. He rudely answered me, I will not make a new pizza for you and you should buy from the existing (old) pizza and this happened in front of other customers, which made others laugh at me and I had to leave the store. I feel sorry for this 7 Eleven location that hires staff like this.

The short big filipino was very rude and she has a face where everyone would want to punch. Try smiling when you are working in a customer service industry. You’re rude ignorant you should not be working with customers. Idiot! This is not the first time.

CHRISTINA THE BLONDE ASSISTANT MANAGER, refused to sell me lotto tickets because she apparently didn’t believe ANY OF MY 3 PIECES OF ID were me. Then refused to let me speak to an actual manager and was “reluctant” to give me my licence back. Horrible service, horrible and ignorant staff.

Ever since new management took over. All the friendly staff have left and now the new staff are too busy on their phones or talking amongst themselves. Sad it used to be a great store now I just go there because it is close.

Poor in terms of speed of service. When I went there this last time they had the only wheelchair (or stroller) access blocked by a pallet of firewood, it's middle of October in Calgary, not exactly the season to be loading up on firewood

I've seen snails move faster than this staff. Always dirty, somethings always broken. Convenient location, but with how long it takes to get service, it's never worth it. There are 2 other gas stations close by that has nice people in it.

I feel this needs to be called out more, with this location doing DoorDash orders the service inside the store has dropped dramatically. They are clearly not staffing it appropriately, and when paying only $15/hr, yet charging $9 for a jug of milk and all the other high ("for the convenience") prices, they should be retaining or staffing it appropriately at the bare minimum.I wouldn't even write a review but after waiting for 12 minutes in line with a toddler and carrying a very large order ($40 worth, one staff at the till, one doing DoorDash) I paid and asked for a bag, I didn't want to have to wait and hold up the line even further to pay again for a reusable bag (which was never even offered to me). Then when I asked if I could please just have a paper one they just said they don't have any... I then pointed to them behind the counter and was told they are only for DoorDash orders and moved me on to struggle out the door with a child and arms full. I get it, but if you can't even throw a free paper bag at a struggling customer who was only trying to save YOU time from the huge angry line behind him, then it shows where the priorities of this franchise are. 4:30pmish Aug 18th.

Bought some chicken tenders for lunch from this location and saved the bigger piece for later - even after reheating it in the oven I took a bite and luckily spat it out noticing the rubbery texture.Most the other pieces were thin and dry to be honest, but surely its rather obvious to keep the big pieces in for longer!It was literally pink.... Just happy I noticed before swallow, and hopefully I don't get sick from the other pieces...One of the others was far smaller but thick to....

The 24/7 service is extremely convenient! I come here often before my 5 am shifts, usually for a protein bar or an energy drink, when no other coffee places are open. Staff are great, and remind me about my rewards when I check out; I hope this helps them get recognized!
