We requested a tow through AMA on Thursday, January 26, 2023; I was informed that I would have my vehicle to the mechanic shop by Friday, January 27, 2023. Then I received a call from these guys saying they could only deliver the vehicle on Monday, January 30, 2023, and that it is 50-50. and these guys were contacted through AMA. I had a guy named Shawn from Prairies Roadside Assistance drop off the car at the mechanic shop of my choice. When the mechanics informed the tow guy to drop the vehicle in the designated parking stalls, the driver SHAWN, told me "to deal with it."On top of that, he never brought a tow truck and complained about the fact his vehicle was not able to drive in, and the reason he was not able to enter the parking lot was because the truck he brought with him for the tow was not an authorized tow truck. When the mechanics told the tow truck driver to park the vehicle in the parking stall, Shawn rudely informed the mechanics that he could take the vehicle back and not deliver it there or deal with it. He left the car in the middle of the parking lot, obstructing traffic flow, and never helped push the vehicle into the parking stall.I do not recommend AMA and Prairie Custom & Collision LTD. or their so-called name on the invoice given to me by the driver Prairies Roadside Assistance.

Used this company for a tow, the gentleman driving the unit was awesome in his communication "timely service" and experience. Would definately use them again.

Needed my car boosted. I have road side assistance and they sent a truck from Prairie Custom. I got a call from the driver checking on what service he needed to provide and to let me know how long he was going to be. He was there and had my car running in under 20 mins. Fast and professional service. Driver was friendly even though it was late in the evening and the weather was not the best.Highly recommend if you need help in the Brooks area.Service: Battery
