“I needed a trailer hitch installed on my Audi A3. I was given a quote for 5 hours, including the wiring. The hitch installation went smoothly, taking about 4 hours. The electrical wiring was another matter. The job was not straighforward, Audi does some very unusual things with its wiring and the guys were baffled. After lots of internet research, they finally got it right after installing a special Audi module. The job took a little over 10 hours. So when it came to paying the bill, I was ready to negotiate it down. It wasn't necessary, Cody stuck with his original 5 hour quote. I was stunned . . . he said, "it's not your fault, now we know how Audi wiring is done". It is rare indeed to deal with such honest, honorable and determined car guys but maybe this is a small town thing. I recommend Minute Muffler wholeheartedly. Kerry Cooper, Victoria, BC.”
