I just wanted to call and book an appointment, and I got sent to the stupid robot and no matter what answers I selected I couldn't get to talk to the branch. It should have been so easy to find out if I could make an appointment. I called two different numbers, and yes they where open.

The ladies at the Bonnyville Branch are so kind and friendly! Extremely professional. Roberta and Francis are very helpful and offer 5 star service.

My wife's card was used fraudulently and we've been on hold with "easy" web for 3 hours and still haven't spoken to a representative. Just wanted to remind you that TD does not care about or even respect it's customers. You never have and you never will. Worst bank in Canada with the highest fees and worst customer service.

To : Frances Brundgie you are the most disgusting person to be working with td, what you did today to customers while I was waiting 20+ minutes at the welcome desk was absolutely atrocious seeing you shutting down every customer that comes in and gets happy about it and the fact your the customer service manager is a joke
