Called first thing in the morning and fortunately the tire i needed was in stock, tire tech sat w me and explained in laymens terms what more needs to be fixed, gave a fair quote and they were able to provide same day service for all our vehicles tires needs. Friendly staff all around, convenient and fast shuttle service. Completed in a timely fashion. 100/10 recommend

Great product but service I found could be improved. Staff don't seem to be show gratitude of service but made us feel we were an inconvenience. Tires we purchased are fantastic for the winter.

They let you go just before 3 months, and then you have to fight for your last pay check. Do not recommend to anyone. Many people seem to dislike Terry, now we understand why.

Terrible company, if you are terminated or quit you have to fight to get your last pay cheque. ITS BEEN A MONTH SINCE MY HUSBAND WAS TERMINATED AND THEY HAVE NOT PAID HIM HIS LAST CHEQUE. we have 4 kids to feed, and they are giving him a run around. He was sent a roe and pay stub back in October, he should have been paid out on November 3rd, and they post dated it to a month after being dismissed. Today November 16th, he was suppose to get his pay, and he didn't get paid. we are escalating matters to the labour board. DO NOT RECOMMEND AS A GOOD PLACE TO WORK.

Service is great and prices are on par. Facility is clean and they have a nice tire selection on display. If you're looking for off-road tires this is a good spot.

I called at closing time and in need of a repair on a holiday trailer as I was passing through town.The staff was willing to stay open and were very friendly and welcoming when I arrived.

Brought a tire in to have a slow leak repaired. Picked it back up and realized quite quickly there was still a slow leak. We don't live in the area so took it to our local fountain tire to find out the tire is ruined because Kal Tire ground the tire down too much. Thought maybe it was an honest mistake until we found out they tried to put sealant on it to "patch" it and send us on our way, which means they knowingly sent us away with a tire that could have blown on the road with myself and my three kids in car. I would not recommend them to anyone. Now I have to buy a whole new set of tires after paying for a botched repair job.
