only ever have one lady on the till with 5-10 people in line and when she requests for more people there are none! all of the people who do restoking are always standing around chatting and leave carts and boxes everywhere!! thought i would give them another chance last night when i went with my daughter and got her a princess lotion and a princes nail art kit, and THE LOTION GAVE HER A CHEMICAL BURN AND A HUGE RASH and when i googled the ingredients on the back of the bottle none of them said they could cause such things!! maybe they have hidden ingredients that they dont list!!

Today, July 12th at around 6 pm, I visited this store. I have never been treated more poorly by a cashier in my entire life. She was so rude, so unprofessional. Very disappointing, humiliating. No one deserves to be treated like that. Never will I ever step my foot in that store! And I will never recommend anyone to go there! Your day will be ruined

Friday June 23 2023 at about 1:45pm.Absolutely blown away by the level of customer service today. I was standing in line waiting behind a gentleman who was paying. There was a lady waiting behind me. We had been there for at least a couple of minutes when suddenly two extremely privileged women burst through the 'EXIT' door and blatantly cut in front of us. They continued to grab multiple items and then pay separately. The one woman said 'I was in line earlier, but then I had to go get my friend from the store next door'. Cool lady. Glad to know your time is somehow more valuable than mine and you deserve royal treatment. This was in plain view of the till associate at the time. She said nothing. She chose to serve the two people she just watched cut the line in front of everyone who was waiting. I have been coming here for years. As a parent and a small business owner I spend thousands of dollars at this location annually. If it were not for my experience today, I would never have been motivated enough to look up what ordering my supplies in bulk online from a reputable competitor from now on cost. I can't say I'll be overly motivated to repeat my experience by revisiting your store again ever. Oh, and the two ladies who were in such a rush and their time was so much more important than everyone else's? When I exited the store, they were five feet away from the door standing in the handicap parking stall and sidewalk smoking cigarettes.

They need to improve customer service . They have one person on the till and 8-12 people waiting in line. When asked if they can call another person to help they said no there has to be more people in line !!! There was 2 women on the floor talking nonstop “ restocking “ the shelf every 20 mins putting one time away. Instead of helping people . I think they have forgotten places stay in business if people continue to buy from that store !

They do not honour prices on the items themselves if they differ from what they have in their computer system. I bought three items with price tags of $4 each and they were scanned at the cashier at $4.50 each. A staff member said they do not have to give the customer the price tag price. Most other businesses such as grocery stores honour the price the customer sees on the shelf no matter what it says in the computer system. This is poor corporate policy, stealing from customers by discrepancies in pricing. I will no longer be a Dollarama customer.
