We stop at this new gas bar because of price but it will be a long time before We are ever back.
Today about 2:20 pm pump #13.
Button for saying OK for input of co op number would not connect, then the button for getting receipt would not connect so no printed record.
Husband went into store and the young lady was a trainee and no idea what to do. We left, hence this review.

The only thing about co op in general that concerns me is the price per litter difference between Lacombe and Blackfalds , Blackfalds is cheaper most of the time .

They always have an excuse not to fill up tanks here. Maybe the owners should look at new staff or proper training

I came in about a week ago. but this does deserve a 5 star review. The young lady helping me was incredible . I was having troubles with my card and was getting frustrated and she was so patient with me. She asked me about my day and overall uplifting. this location will now be my regular spot to get gas for the sole purpose of her costumer service. Thank you Bailey!

Place has really gone downhill over the last couple of years.Used to be the employees here were always upbeat and laughing and seemed like they actually enjoyed their jobs, now they all look like miserable mindless zombies who'd keel over the moment they tried to crack a smile.What happened over the last few years to make the employees so miserable? Is management here that bad or did they just get a terrible bunch of employees?

Junk only place in town to get propane and don't have anyone on shift to even fill tanks lol

The staff at this location are something else, those kids should be grateful to even have a job. Loved hearing them smack talk me as I walked out of the store after being told there's nobody on staff that can pump propane. Hank Hill would be ashamed
