As another reviewer has said, this company does not pay its subcontractors. Do business with this dishonest company at your own risk. You will hear every excuse under the sun as they avoid payment.

I don't usually write reviews, but I felt strongly compelled to write this one. Don is highly professional and is on top of the game. Elite has been working for some of the top clients out there on a continuous basis for a number of years which speaks for itself along with new clients and many new projects. Where Elite stands out from the crowd is their loyalty, hard work, truly caring for their employees, and taking pride in their work.

This company is doing work in Tsuut’ina Nation and I have been waiting to get paid for a few months now. They said today but now they (Don Leite) will not answer their phone. I would not recommend this company poor business ethics
