Lazy, ignorant, sad, pathetic people who put their nose in palces it doesn’t belong. I will pay double the amount to have a company that is not “All Rite” Towing show up to me in High River. Buddy had a vehicle towed and beyond unreasonable & unprofessional. Please, let these people’s families starve. They’ll extort you for everything for nothing

Honestly I had such a great experience with these guys. Tom came literally in 10 minutes, picked up my vehicle, dropped it off at the mechanic. Because it was after hours Tom filled out the contact card and put my keys in the after hours drop off box so I could stay home.Highly recommended!

We own a tow truck company in area and was overwhelmed with a lot of work, we had a client that was high centred at chains lake and Alrite bent over backwards to help them because I wouldn’t be able to get to them, amazing and thank you guys for everything you do for our community. Will always call them when need help

Life savers! During the -40 cold spell and AMA had a 7 day wait...they answered their phones, offered 1 hour service, booked around our schedule on the weekend! Showed up on time, service provided. Amazing. Customer service rep and driver Tom were both great. Thank you.

Amazing company! Their services are top notch! The rep who answered the call was very honest and precise. After a supposed towing company failed to show up after 3 hours in the middle of no where yet charge my card, this company(All-Rite) showed up just 20mins after we called. The driver was very kind too.. they helped towed our car and helped us getHome at a very good price,considering the distance. My card wasn’t charged until 40mins into the trip.. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Amazing service. After getting crazy quotes from a number of services in the area. These guys came in with a very reasonable price for a really bad situation. Their driver was an artist to say the least. What a great job and thanks so much again for saving us!

Have used All-Rite Towing last year to pick up a collector vehicle in Calgary and transport to High River. Yesterday , I called the AMAZING Caitlin and arranged a pick up of my classic motorcycle for transport to Calgary. Igor was the highly competent, professional tow truck driver. Had complete confidence in his ability and the care he demonstrated for my bike. Absolutely love Caitlin who is so friendly/has a great sense of humour and made this a wonderful experience. We broke down in the evening 1.5hrs away from Calgary on hwy22. Probably one of the worst spots to do so. We called around to several places and 90% of them said they would send someone the next morning. After calling All-Rite Towing, we were told someone would be able to help us out in a couple of hours. About 3hrs later, our driver pulled up and immediately got to work hooking up our car. He was diligent and super friendly. This is one thing I hope to never happen again to us, but if this review helps someone else out then bonus. Great company. Thanks for not leaving us stranded like so many others!

They came to rescue us after we were jerked around by another company (24/7 Towing - avoid at all costs) Reasonable rates, took less then 30 min to arrive. Over all very happy! Pleasant customer service!!

We broke down an hour away from calgary, didn't give the best directions to where we were stranded. But we waited about 1hr in total I'd say, the tow truck driver was really quick and kind. Fair pricing, the quote the lady on the phone gave was pretty much bang on what we were charged. Great customer service

This company is despicable! Last year they towed our truck and did major damage to it. We took pictures of the damage while it was still loaded on their trailer! When I called the owner of the company, I was told that it wasn't their fault and that the damage was there prior to them picking it up. Interestingly enough, there was no mention of any damage to the body of the vehicle mentioned anywhere on the inspection sheet done BEFORE they hooked onto it. She implied that I was lying about the damage and that I had obviously damaged the truck myself. Yes, I guess I slipped into my ninja outfit and snuck into their secure yard and damaged my own vehicle JUST so I could then have the pleasure of speaking to the owner of this company...she's a real gem alright. These ppl are nothing but a bunch of lying scammers. I'd rather carry my vehicle on my back than ever give these crooks a single dime ever again! Shame on them!
