Best pharmacy I have ever been to. My partner and I have used this pharmacy for 2 years now and every time we’re treated as if the staff has known us for much longer. Always checking in on how we’re doing and feeling, and always being available to answer questions. They’ve even followed up with our doctor on our behalf for prescription refills when we’ve had trouble getting a hold of our doctor. No matter what staff/pharmacist is working it’s always the same great experience!

I will not be using there service for my prescription needs again. Instead of offering me good customer service I’ve been hung up on and ignored too many times. Very ignorant.I have construction on my street so there is no vehicle access (you can walk on the sidewalk to my home which is 3 homes down) I’m home with a toddler and newborn by myself, and it’s not easy for my to come and go. Which is why I would use there free delivery service, which they offer.They have refused to deliver because there was “no parking” which is not true. You have to park at the end of the street and walk the couple doors down. (Super inconvenient I’m aware…)He then couldn’t because his child was in the car, which I understand as well but your offering a service, follow through..don’t offer a service you can’t provide, very unprofessional.Do yourself a favour and shop your prescription needs elsewhere.

This is the best pharmacy in beaumont!! The owners are very kind altruistic people!! There are three beautiful ladies who work there and they can fulfill all your prescription needs!! They are all mom and so they love helping children!! They are a wonderful business here in beaumont alberta!! :)

They were amazing! Called them earlier to help transfer my sister's daughters prescription from another source with a few other issues. They took care of it fast, called fast and even the service was nice and amazing!!! Thank you soooooooo much!!

Do yourself a favour and get your prescriptions filled here. The lady who runs this Pharmasave is always happy and in a great mood! Any prescription I have taken there has always been filled promptly and she always gives me the rundown on how it should be taken.... not too mention the follow-up if she hasn't heard from you in awhile. She takes pride in her store/work and it shows! Highly recommend over both Rexall and Shoppers in town!

Over the years we have gone to numerous pharmacies.. Pharmasave in Surrey, Shoppers, Rexall, Costco etc ... during which we have met many pharmacists none can begin to compare with Sravani Mettu... truly a caring professional!A year ago we were visiting Beaumont and required a prescription filled for a back strain .. besides filling the Dr’s script Sravani Mettu on her own prepared a compound lotion which would allow for driving without causing drowsiness.. never before have we ever met a pharmacist that listened so intently and took it upon herself to offer such care to our needs ...Now 8 months later, we moved to Beaumont.. all of our on going prescriptions from Surrey perfectly transferred over, including the insurance company, without any problem at all .. once again, professional attention to detail & truly caring for people and their needs..Yesterday, after an surgical procedure.. we required a short notice prescription filled.. popped in on the way home .. once again .. Sravani Mettu professional, happy and eager to assist.. filled the prescription immediately.. & offered to drop off prescription anytime if needed ... never have we experienced such a pleasant, extremely professional pharmacist .. simply the best!Thank you Sravani !
