Was there at 9:23 pm on June 13, 2022 and all the doors were locked with no sign/message on the door advising how long to wait or what to do to get into the store. Tried calling the store, No answer and 5 mins after that I get a call back from the store where the employee said he was in cooler and the sign on the door has fallen off due to the WET WEATER.How can a sign on the inside of the store get affected anyways by the weather outside?Ask him to get better reasons for future because this one doesn’t make sense

Rimmi is the kindest sweetest lady , My son and I go there quite frequently . She's always polite and kind and jokes around with my son and i and gives me great service . We have been going there since moving into beaumint two years ago. We always have a pleasant experience thanks to rimmi always going out of her to make our day a little brighter .

I’ve had many trips to this Husky but this is my second disappointing trip and it’s one person affecting my visit.During the summer last year, I went to the car wash. I pulled into the middle bay. The pump for the pressure washer was weak and cycling quickly. I went to let the lady at the counter know what was happening. I told her that I thought it needed service. (I used to repair pumps.) We went to the bay and she turned the hose on and tested it. Said it’s fine. It wasn’t fine. It was probably half the pressure it usually is. I move to another bay and wash my truck. After I finish up, I let her know the heat is on. It’s wasting electricity and I figured I’d help the owner save some money. She brushes me off saying it’s ok.Today I go to wash my truck. I pull into the far left bay. The buttons are messed up. I push soap and it switches to foam brush then engine cleaner then back to foam brush. I push soap again and it goes back to foam brush. I go in and it’s the same lady as last summer. We go back, she gets the pump going after hitting a few buttons and it starts to work. Seems ok now. She leaves… starts happening again. (I record it both times so I don’t appear to be an idiot that can’t work a car wash.)After putting some gas in the tank, I go to let her know again and I can’t even get 2 or 3 words out before she is interrupting me. I try again and she interrupts me again.I didnt get her name but if the owner cares, this was at 930 on Thurs Feb 10th.Here I am trying to help save the owner money/time and I’m met with thankless interruptions.Please let you staff member know to listen more, talk less and at least fake gratitude for the customers coming in.

Wish Mir was still there. Don't care much for the day time employee as she always gives me a hard time. 2 out of 5 because of customer service. Gas/convenience are better met somewhere else.

What an awful experience here. I walked in and no one was behind the counter, so I waiting thinking she was going to the washroom.I sanitized my hands, and she came out and told me I had to buy the bottle of hand sanitizer. She told me how bad it was, so I left. I was patient at first, but the attitude was over the top. The bottle I was supposed to use (unknowingly to me) was with her in the back.
