Beaumont auto is awesome. I haven’t lived in Beaumont for years and come in from the city to bring my vehicle here. They have always treated me with kindness and respect and have always been upfront and honest about what my vehicle does/doesn’t need done to it. Front desk staff are awesome and go out of their way to help and the owner takes the time to go over any concerns or questions you might have. Thanks guys.

They replaced my water pump and timing belt, everything works great. Little upset that I had my car a day later than I was informed but I understand things happen. The young lady at reception was so kind and understanding when I asked questions! The older gentleman that I spoke to wasn’t the nicest as I just wanted to understand how coolant got on another belt over night and started squealing and asked about price differences for a serpentine belt but other than that my car is all fixed up!

Charged 200 for a diagnostic told it would be 100 on the phone. Way over priced and terrible communication. Find some where else.

2 appointments to change my brakes, charged 1500$ for rotors and calipers and out of province inspection. Didn't sign the inspection, so it was invalid. Brakes still are squeaking, claims pads and calipers are incompatible from a year ago at another shop and says that's why its suddenly started squeaking and won't fix their error.Also tried to say both headers on my jeep engine went, but dodge warrantee for 2 years that it was only one.The shop manager called me back and said he has none of his reports anymore (2 weeks after, not even sure thats legal), they dont keep any customer data on site, and YELLED at me on the phone.Bad bad bad business.Should have read the reviews because it looks like this happend to others!Front desk girl is lovely though!!Services: General repairs & maintenance

If you want to have the concept of “brakes” mansplained to you and be quoted $4000 for a new transmission, only to be told you’ll actually be paying $5400 after your vehicle is ready for pick up, this is the place for you!If you want to have your breaks redone several times because they squeal every time you pick your vehicle up, this is the place for you!If, as a woman, you want to be told that you can “tell your dad” if you have any problems with your vehicle when you pick it up, and that he can contact them for repairs, this is the place for you!I will never take any of my vehicles to this shop again. I don’t like feeling ripped off, talked down to and stupid when I have maintenance done on my vehicles. Especially as a woman, being told to tell my dad about my concerns and having the concept of “brakes” mansplained to me when I ask what exactly is being replaced the 4 times I got my brakes redone in the span of a few weeks when they were squealing every time I picked up my vehicle. I had so many services done on my last vehicle at this place, many which came out of the blue- “your steering system is so bad, we really don’t even want you to leave the shop like this!” situations happening every time I took my vehicle in, even for small things like an oil change. There was always something catastrophic happening that came out of the blue and was never mentioned the last time I had it in for a look over… funny how that works. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anymore, much less a fellow woman.Services: Transmission

Out of province inspection was required to register vehicle in AB. They failed my tires even though Kaltire said they should have passed inspection. They tried to sell me their own brand of tires. I had Kaltire replace my tires since they were still under warranty and when I brought the vehicle back for inspection they didn't even go outside to look if I actually replaced them. They simply passed the inspection. Left feeling like they initially failed my inspection just so they could try upsell us on tires.

my car broke down so we took it here due to the fact bmw is very expensive BEST CHOICE EVER my car runs better than when i bought it completely saved us ! amazing service fixed everything and even added things for us it was insanely well priced so thankful for this company i will forever be taking my car here i 100000% recommend they are amazing fixed my coolant pipe , added oil pan heater did an oil change and much more ! they are an amazing company and very caring :)Services: General repairs & maintenance

Got my daughter's suv fixed from this place when her coolant hose broke, turned out there was more wrong with her suv then just that, which we figured since she had been having some what we thought minor problems before the coolant hose broke. Obviously we were wrong. It's an older bmw so things breaking down is expected with older vehicles. They were so kind, so patient, very informative and so helpful. They got it all fixed up and now I can feel safe with her driving it. Not only that the prices were NOT outrageous at all. I'm so glad we brought it to beaumont automotive. I will be bringing all my vehicles there from now on. So happy with there service!
