We had a rock in our brake assembly that needed to be removed. These guys were very fast, exceptionally pleasant and got us back on our way very quickly. I’d recommend them 110%.

I unfortunately had a bad experience at another tire shop in Bassano and thought it was OK Tire.
I originally gave OK tire a bad review because Google asked me how was my service. I didn't remember I did not get work done with OK Tire that day because they didn't have the commercial tire size I needed (245-70R17.5). Instead I had work done at the tire shop behind the Esso truck stop.
OK Tire, I am sorry for the mistake.

Above and beyond service, best I've had in my life! I am so so grateful for everyone who works here for taking care of me and my vehicle!
I had an alignment issue this summer while traveling across Canada that turned into a bigger issue leaving me to camp out for several days while waiting for parts to come in.
Everyone was super friendly and kind and respectful, and the broken part was shown to me and explained clearly. It seemed everyone had a part in fixing my car, from the owner to both of the younger mechanics working there.
Mike treated me like family and helped make sure I was comfortable and entertained in this sweet lil town. He did the best he could to get me the lowest price parts too. Seriously he is a gem of a human with such a big heart, I felt so lucky to have broken down here.
I really look forward to going back one day for a visit to say hi and visit this wonderful heart-filled town again! Thank you OK Tire and the people of Bassano!

Great service. We were on our way to Calgary and had a low tire sensor come on. With it being the first snowfall of the season, everywhere else was a long wait to be seen. They got us in right away and had our tire fixed up in 15 minutes! Highly recommend.Service: Tires

Excellent Service! We got a flat tire on the way to the airport. We thought we were going to miss our flight. The team at OK tire fixed within 20 mins and we made our flight. The man at the service desk was extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!Service: Tires

It's my go to tire shop, very good service, only thing that I didn't like is that they used a hammer and dented the rim of my f350 in order to take of the wheel

Just want to thank all the guys at OK Tire for helping me out of a sticky situation when I got a flat tire on my motorcycle, they took me in and got it patched in no time at all and I got home safely! Thank you so much!
