“Just bought a jacket here that I’ve been eyeing for a few weeks. I’d been comparing it to one online that wasn’t available in store and mentioned this to Buja (the sales associate) and because the store was closing, she offered to go home and get hers to let me try it on. So she closed the store, ran home and brought it back for me to try on. I’ve never experienced incredible service like this. Needless to say, I bought the jacket. Buja’s customer service is like none other I’ve experienced. I’ll never forget this.”

The owner was incredibly friendly, and showed me different clothing which were all very high quality and made in Canada. After I did my purchase, she hand sewed a beautifully Canadian patch on my shirt which is also from a very high quality. If you ever have a chance to visit the amazing village in Banff, make sure you stop by the Rocky Mountain Flannel Company.”
“I my view, this is one of the best botigues shops to sell high quality geniune furr products eppecially for ladies. The shop is so welcoming and elegent. Highly recommended. They also have another shop at the Fairmont Banff hotel. I wish i had some pictures to share, but the shop is truely special and remarkable.”
