I love all things, Northface. What really had me post this was the staff on in a later weekday evening. He was so pleasant to everyone even with the weirdest requests and non-english speakers. LOLOL ??? That young man deserves a hug. You guys are lucky to have him. And excellent prices now as lots of sales, tons of inventory you just gotta go up the stairs. And those who are walking go buy yourself some ice spikes! You need hiking, especially places like Lake Louise or Johnson Canyon.

Equipped with whatever you will need for a hike or going on a trail to a normal everyday shirt, short or pants. Nice to have this store in Banff.

Biggest Northface store I've seen. This store has a Textbook merchandising display setup. Staff was annoyed that I just wanted to browse and didn't want help. I just wanted to marvel at the quality of product displays.

Nice selection of ski gear in store. My 10 year old NF ski shell is still going strong. Unfortunately for NF I am no longer a customer.

One of the best north face stores I’ve been too. They have a large variety of stuff, and great promotions going on. Their staff were kind and attentive. Overall, I loved my shopping trip at this North Face!

Bought a futurelight shell pants and jacket. After carrying my skis several times I noticed rips on the sleeves. Also rips near on the pants near the boots. Been using goretex for 8 years and not a single rip. I contacted north face and apparently it’s my fault. Lost a loyal customer for life.

Amazing store, great staff - but just a heads up - this is a "privately owned" store and they cannot accept returns nor participate in rewards program. Super frustrating when you spend that much money. Not the staff's fault, but just seems mind boggling that it "appears" to be a North Face store, but isn't truly....else it would be like other North Face stores around the world.

Husband bought new runners and the salesman was very helpful and pleasant. Was pleased after being snubbed by the woman who ignored us when we walked in. I’m hoping your salespeople work on commission because she lost hers as we bought some other items. If she was profiling the customers, boy did she she guess wrong today!

I literally shop here over Calgary’s Northface stores because the selection is better and usually find styles I’m more into. Even went up to West Ed and checked their store out for fun, and found Banff’s North Face is better and has way more options than anywhere else I’ve been! 10/10 recommend.
