I recently visited this pharmacy to purchase medication for a family member. One of their pharmacists, Pranav, stood out by explaining the medication thoroughly and showing great compassion throughout the process. This kind of personalized care and attention made a stressful situation much easier. Highly recommend this pharmacy!

I had an excellent experience at IDA Neighbourly Pharmacy in Banff, thanks to the exceptional service provided by pharmacist Pranav and the front store staff. Pranav was extremely knowledgeable and provided the right treatment for my needs. His professionalism and care made a real difference, and I’m so grateful for his assistance.
A big shoutout as well to Flora, who was dedicated to helping me choose the right products in the front store. I was on a long drive to BC, and her friendly guidance ensured I had everything I needed for the trip. Both Pranav and Flora made my visit stress-free and pleasant. I highly recommend this pharmacy!

I was there Friday Oct 11 for some cold medication. I had interaction with Pharmacist Pranav Vaidya who went above and beyond to make sure we get the right medication. I will highly recommend this pharmacy to everyone!

I recently moved to Banff from Jasper Alberta because of the wildfires that wiped out a lot of the town.I had needed my prescription refilled at a Pharmacy in Banff .The pharmacist I spoke to in person was very understanding and wanted to help me.He put me in there system and said no problem if you need your prescription filled anytime here we can help you.When I went to pick up my first prescription found the young Asian guy very rude and really not interested in giving friendly customer service come on a smile goes a long way.I will going to another pharmacy in town for my refills for now.

Me and my friends decided to check out some of the products and my friend tested it out and a staff approached us and told us to not to, then when my friend went to check out another product the staff forced him to purchase that product even though my friend didn’t want it anymore
Next time put a sign or something that says not to test products like that, also don’t force people to buy products they don’t want.

The new “manager” in this store is so rude and acts like he owns the whole store. He was so mean and he follows customers in the store as if people are stealing and committing a crime, and i can’t shop properly. So uncomfortable and weird. Handle your management please.?

Some staff were rude, felt like I was being watched the whole time and was questioned if I was stealing when I was just looking for products. Compared to other places in town, this store was very overpriced. Don’t really recommend.

I went to the cashier to buy a nail cut and bought one from the cashier for $2.97 from a cup full of nail cuts. While walking the store, I noticed the same one for $1.49 in a box. I do understand they want to charge a little bit more for items in the cashier, but that is a disrespectful to their customers. Be careful when you buy there.
