There prices were competitive and dealing with them was pleasant up until install. Their installation crew trampled on my newly planted liliac bushes and didn't inform me.
They also broke one of the glass panels leaving tempered glass specs everywhere. I have two dogs that go out in the yard. I called and let them know and they told me I should clean it myself. They did however sent me a cheque for 150 to replace my liliac bushes.

I was told my railing would be installed within 2 weeks. Over 8 weeks later I'm still getting the run around with these guys time to look for someone else

In August 2024 we rebuilt our deck and the contractor we worked with uses McLean Railings for the rails. After checking out McLean’s website, we decided to visit their shop. Nick on the order desk was very helpful. He took us into the shop where we were able to see the different rails up close. We had a particular look in mind which was a mix of glass and oasis panels to give us privacy as well as a wind barrier. Nick assured us that this was doable. Garrett came out to do the final measurements and was instrumental in ensuring that the panels would all be the same height. The finished product was installed by Renee who did a great job. We are extremely pleased with the finished product and have had numerous compliments. We will not hesitate to recommend McLean Railing.

Had the pleasure of using McLean Contracting to supply and install black aluminum railings. Contractor was excellent, job is flawless, cleaned up site. Top shelf quality product. Big box guys don't even come close to these guys! I encourage to contact Kyle he is very responsive and have look at McLean before making that Big Box Store purchase.

I was very happy with the service I received when they installed glass railings on my deck. I had some custom cut pieces of glass and unfortunately a couple had some scratches on them, it took a little while to get them replaced as it was just my luck that it was the custom ones that had the scratches but I found these guys stood behind their product and replaced them without the dodging type of behaviour some may do. The product was good, the workman ship was good, customer service was good and I was comfortable with the price. I wouldnt have any problem recommending McLean Railings at all.

I was looking to extend my railings on our existing deck. They were unable to match our existing railings but they knew exactly who built it just by looking at some pictures and got us in contact with them. The estimator at McLean was very quick to respond. This type of service goes above and beyond what I expect from a supplier/contractor.
