Came here with my buddy to get a simple wash, and it turned into a total nightmare. I accidentally cut myself with the pressure washer, so I went inside to ask for a bandage. The guy working there, who I think was Filipino, immediately got rude and started yelling at us out of nowhere. All I needed was a bandage, but instead, he started cussing us out like we did something wrong.
Then, to make things worse, he locks us out of the store even though there was still an hour left before closing, and he turned off all the lights. He even threatened to call the cops on us, which was ridiculous. We waited around to see if he would, but of course, he never did because he probably realized he was wrong.
Then a guy from the business next door came over and got all up in my face, acting like he wanted to fight. He was just as rude and aggressive as the car wash dude. It was honestly such a bizarre and uncomfortable situation.
We left feeling totally disrespected and unsafe. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place, unless you’re into dealing with rude staff and unnecessary drama.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. This evening there was an employee dressed in black and blue everlast shorts with a white t-shirt. The man appeared to be Filipino. He was very rude and abrupt. My buddy cut himself with the water and we went into the shop to politely ask for a bandage, he proceeded to raise his voice, shouting “We don’t have bandages!”My buddy told him to calm down, and he became vulgar and aggressive, then locked himself in the shop after we left. When we tried to ask for his name, the lights in the shop were off and the doors were locked. This is by far the worst car wash service I’ve ever experienced. When we got his attention back, he brought another male from the business right next door to defend himself, only then for this other man to step towards me and get right up in my face. He was a larger, grown, ginger man and appeared ready to fight. To be clear, we were not being confrontational to this worker in anyway , and the way he reacted was extremely uncalled for and inappropriate. I was recommended this place by my neighbours as I’m new to the area. Unfortunately this place has some of the worst vacuums I’ve ever seen had to go back home and vacuum my vehicle. Along with that, I broke a $20 dollar bill and the change dispenser gave me a “car wash token” rather than a loonie. When I proceeded to inform the attendant of this he proceeded to state “I don’t think my machine gave you the car wash token”… the thing he seemed to fail to realize is I BROUGHT NO CHANGE TO THE CAR WASH hence why I was breaking my $20 dollar bill. I’ll be taking myself and my family somewhere else moving forward. Terrible first impression do not recommend.

Pretty good experience, $13 for a very thorough wash and great wax cycle! Very effective!One of the clamps for floor mats was loose though, and one of my mats fell to the floor when I tried to wash it.

Do Not Use This Carwash. I wash my company truck usually once a week. I’ve been using this carwash often.I always do the whole enchilada … soap, foam brush, rinse, spotless rinse. Spent $16 today. Drove away and immediate noticed a film everywhere once it dried….mirrors, windshield, hood. I turned around and went into the office. Spoke with a gentleman there. Asked him to come and look. He said it’s my fault and I don’t know how to wash my truck. Then he said he doesn’t care and went back inside.Went over to Trident car wash across town, spent $3 and washed off the film.The guy there told me if his filters are dirty then that is what leaves a nasty film everywhere.My advise- go to Trident or somewhere else where they care. Not this place unless you like rude people and washing your car twice.
