My experience buying a new coachman apex ultra lite here was smooth from starting to look at campers to me hooking up and driving away. They were attentive all my needs and had tons of good advice for getting set up. Ill definitely b using them for any future units and all my service needs.

We have been wanting to get back into RVing/Camping again for the past 4 or 5 years. We never seemed to be able to find the one for us. This year we contacted Western RV because we saw a used RV that we really liked and wanted to schedule a viewing. We ended up getting contacted by Deany who let us know that the RV we were interested in was unfortunately sold. Deany invited us down to the Calgary RV show were she introduced us to Olaf who took us on a tour of several RV’s he thought would fit our criteria, Olaf took the necessary time with us in every RV he showed us. He was very knowledgeable in all the products he showed from the interiors to the exteriors. We cannot say enough about our experience with the team at Western RV from the selection to delivery. Each person we dealt with was professional and made us feel appreciated as customers. We highly recommend Western Rv for all your camping styles.

I bought my first new trailer here 12 years ago and just upgraded to a 5th wheel. There was some flooring that needed fixing. Brandon didn't hesitate to help out. We are happy campers.

We had a great experience working with Olaf to buy our perfect trailer. Olaf went the extra mile for us, on a few occasions, to make sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase! He was very friendly and easy to talk to. I would absolutely recommend this place!!

Sales side of the business is top notch!! The warranty and service side has a lot to be desired. We bought a 40 ft destination trailer(so not a starter trailer) and what we got with that purchase was unanswered emails/phone calls, lack of communication and no support for missing blinds, a charging station that doesnt work and an awning system that is questionable. We are very dissappointed with the service/warranty work and the lack of commincation.

ATTENTION PLEASE READ!!!If you're thinking of purchasing an RV from these guys please read this first.I went in looking for a brand new trailer to live in as I'm a single full-time father. I wasn't looking for a trailer to go camping in, they knew it was going to be a home for myself and my daughter. Cost was not an issue, I wanted something with residential appliances and All season. After I got it home I started noticing things about it that made me think it was used, there was fluid in the grey and black tanks, waste! there was wearing on the mattress, the bedroom drawers were damaged.and other small things that made me think it was used. I decided to look at my paperwork and everything was marked off as used. I couldn't believe my eyes ! I contacted them and they swore up and down saying it was brand new. I have emails to prove this. Someone that has worked in the RV industry for over 30 years, told me to go to registries and check the VIN number to see if it was registered prior to the purchase date, which to my surprise it was. I have called around multiple other dealers to ask if this is normal practice and every single one says NO. Long story short is a sold me a used trailer for the cost of a new trailer. Regardless that it was only used for 2 months prior to my purchase, they still classifies the trailer as USED. This is no different than taking a new car that was a demo, rolling back the odometer and selling it as brand new. It should have been sold as a demo, or as used. And for used pricing.These guys are not honest and they will take advantage of you, if they take advantage of a single father I'm sure they'll do it to anyone. Now when I sell this trailer I cannot sell it as the original owner because registries has me listed as the second owner. Buyer beware!

Won't let me give a 0. Bought our trailer and were promised all kinds of things. When we return to sign paperwork our sales rep vanished and we dealt with another. Half of what was promised vanished. We asked for the general manager and we're basically told the rep was not authorized to provide what was offered so take it or leave it and walked away. Third time we took our trailer out our awning broke and would not retract. We were told to drive it down the highway and bring it in for repair? How would I drive down the highway with a fully extended awning that has no manual retraction. Then we said we bought the platinum warranty. What a joke. We paid for repair and it took over a year to get our money back. Have had several issues and have to consistently fight for repairs that should be considered under platinum warranty. Nope you have to chase them down and call every day to ensure the paid employees do their job. Run don't walk away. Once you sign the papers, you don't matter anymore. I forgot to mention the sales rep after our third warranty repair came out and asked me for a smoke and offered me a beer while he tried to distract me from the task at hand. Worst service ever. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.Wrong my friend. I bought it three years ago. Didn't even know you existed in 2014 I wasn't living in Alberta. Pretty sure Ryan jones didn't buy a sunset trail in 2014

We just purchased our first family travel trailer and had the most amazing experience from the time reception greeted us as we walked in all the way through until pick-up. Justin was super knowledgeable and so patient with us as we decided between a few different models and brands and was amazing with our kids who had met their shopping limit. He kept them entertained and made our experience that much better. Lanette in finance did a great job explaining our options and working with us. The walk-through with Dave was amazing, he took time to answer all our questions and was so thorough. I’m sorry to all the others that I can’t name by name, but honestly you guys were amazing, couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank-you so much.
