Store 1050 2881 main street Airdrie alberta ,,I bought work jacket yesterday when I took it home zipper wasn't working properly, so today November 12th ,2024, I went to exchange it at customer service I had 7 people front of me when my turn came the lady told me to go grab another one , when I came in 5mins she told me iam going for break next guy will help you , they made me stand behinde 5 people again 2nd time customer service manger was also there on the counter,, he dose the same thing he said I have to go next GUY will help you , the manger moved from the counter and stood 20 feet's away from me just yapping with another female worker doing nothing . Made me stand there 20min.. VERY BAD SERVICE DONE BY CUSTOMER MANGER HIMSELF .

Walmart may be king in the industry but by ignoring the mounting problems at this store they too could be boycotted! From uncaring, rude staff that will ignore you when you ask for their help to bag groceries, the constant product overcharge that you have to prove rang up wrong, to their "oblivious" order pickers that are in your road to their produce that is obviously already to or has expired. We the consumers are expected to accept all this while paying stupid greedy prices. IN A TIME OF OUT OF CONTROL PRICES SEND WALMART A MESSAGE YOU HAVE HAD ENOUGH!

Don’t let anyone convince you to just order online and pick it up. It’s been over a week and it was delivered today at the Walmart but I can’t pick it up for two more days because they need to “prepare it for pick up” not sure how that could take two days?

This Walmart is literally the worst one I have ever been too. The only good thing is you don't have to put a dollar into the cart to use it! This location is always out of stock of everything, they never answer the phone ( I'm currently on the phone with them and it has been ringing for 34 mins...), the workers are lazy (last time I was there I was in self checkout and had grabbed a rotten bunch of bell peppers. So I asked one of the 5 workers standing there chatting with each other if they could please go grab me a new pack as the one I got was moldy and I didn't want to leave my 2 month old or my half rung through order just sitting there. She said she couldn't because she needed to stay at the counter... So I grabbed my baby and walked all the way back to the produce area when the welcome lady asked what I was doing I told her and she shook her head, took the peppers and told me she would bring me anew pack to the self checkout. Is it rant that much work for w worker to help a customer?). I literally dread going to this Walmart and would almost rather drive an hour into Calgary to shop

As someone who used to work retail, I try not to be too hard when shelves are empty, however my visit to this location was beyond embarassing tonight. A lot of things I wanted were just totally wiped and empty, food stuff, beauty stuff, the trading card section was a total and utter joke, the entire isle was basically entirely empty, and when I asked a staff member if there were more, I got a rude eye roll and a no.
Take some pride in your stores apperance.

Nobody actually works here. If you need access to anything locked you can ask every staff member in the store and none of them are trusted with keys. Where are the key holders? Who knows they don't respond to pages.
Think calling customer service will get someone's attention? Nah, it'll ring for 4 minutes straight and nobody will answer that either.

Unfortunately it’s very bad service, start inside the store there are a lot of items expired and still on the shelf, a lot of self-check machines is not working, the worth part is the people work in this place some of them have a very bad smell, men or women, they have to know that this is very disgusting, I will advise all my friends to not shopping from this store any more. **update**
I've reduced my rating to 1 star. The past two times I've been in this Walmart it's smelled like sewage. The stench being totally unbearable. Still having checkout issues as well. The staff here are poorly trained and it's embarassing as a shopper and Walmart should be embarrassed too.
Sometimes this walmart bothers me as I feel management doesn't keep stock up. EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to buy formula for my baby they'll have maybe one or two tubs on the shelf, if any at all.
Their entire baby section is usually very messy.
Their pharmacy section is also always understocked.
Staff at the checkouts is poorly trained as well on basics like coupon and check processing. I consistently have issues at the Check outs.
I often make the trip into Calgary to avoid this drama.

The store manager is Indian, the cashiers are Indian, the greeter and cart people are Indian.
