Notice left on my door Tuesday to pick up item at the store next day.
Showed up at 15:30 Wednesday to pick up package and it wasn't there.
Wasted a trip. Nice.

0 STARS! THIS STORE IS RIPPING PEOPLE OFF AND TOTAL TRASH! HAD 3 BOXES DROPPED OFF WITH WAYBILL FILLED OUT...LADY SAID THERE NEEDS TO BE 1 WAYBILL FILLED OUT PER BOX...3 CHARGES FOR THE SAME 1 SHIPMENT! WE SAID NO THATS NOT A THING. SHE SAYS THATS THE WAY ITS DONE HERE. DRIVER WOULDNT TAKE THE 3 BOXES BECAUSE WAS NOT 3 WAYBILLS. TOTAL SCAM DONT LOSE YOUR MONEY!

I had a fantastic experience with this UPS Store! After my parcel was lost (through no fault of theirs), the team went above and beyond to help track it down. I had to visit the store on several occasions to deal with the same package that I had sent oversees. Each time Gurdeep and team was very helpful and accommodating on my request. The ladies are very pleasant I highly recommend using The UPS Store #253 in Airdrie.
