My phone broke earlier in the week and I needed somewhere quick to stop in so I went to the mobile shop. I had a great experience! The employee helping us was super well informed, got us the best deal possible, and explained all the ins and outs of my plan and my phone! I will 100% be going back the next time I need anything to do with electronics!

Went into the Mobile Shop cause I needed a new SIM card. The service I got was amazing - completely set my phone up with a new SIM card and no charge. I was in awe. Thanks Mobile Shop

They have taken care of my family and myself. I won't go anywhere else for a phobe or plan. For children and wife and myself, we have done like 12 or so phones, and everytime the process is smooth and friendly. Airdries Miblie Shop is without a doubt the very best!

The store person took 3 hours to finish my iPhone 14 pro purchase in Sept during back to school promo. He assured me that my monthly bill will be $60 after my down-payment of $90 and using my pc points $150, but rogers charged me $70. When I went to store and said about the rogers bill, the store person told me that they can do nothing but I have to look for another better plan and he doesn't have time to look for my account because he has another customer to serve.That is unacceptable customer service and poor accountability to their customers.I don't recommend Airdrie superstore mobile shop. They are cheating people and aren't trustworthy.

Morgan helped us out today after a terrible experience with another company. Long story short... If you are looking into a new phone and/or plan, don't hesitate to go here. I just wish we started here to begin with. The customer service Morgan provided us with went above and beyond!
